Management cancelled my reservation (Mar 26–28) claiming they "couldn't process the email confirmation link" — yet somehow had zero trouble sending me an invoice AND charging my card. So the system works perfectly fine when it comes to taking money, but conveniently breaks down when it's time to honor a booking.No proactive call, no real solution offered — just a cancellation dumped on me. This is either gross incompetence or a deliberate bait-and-switch. Either way, completely unacceptable.Avoid this property unless you enjoy paying for vacations you won't get to take.

We loved the location. We found so many wonderful things to do close by. When loved the screened lanai on the back and the fenced yard for our dog. Beach access was just a short walk away. The host thought of everything to have available to make the stay easy.The only complaint that we have is that the couch smelled like dog. And we could not get that smell to go away.

This property is top tier! Very clean, well maintained, very accommodating for pets and guests. Furniture and decor is lovely, practical and comfortable. It is a very beautiful rental with a perfect fenced yard. The neighborhood is very quiet and private. Location was excellent for our plans of exploring 30A. Booking, communication with host, check in and out process were quick, easy and smooth. I wish all rental properties were like this one! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend 20/10!
