We love the location. View was great as well. The check out process is super simple. We are at Edgewater at least once annually, so these will be recommendations, not complaints. This is the first unit I have rented where only one dish towel was available. No pot holders in the unit. No standard things like salt and pepper. We have never had to purchase those at other units. Not enough bath towels, and before the response is you have to do laundry, we did, had too. The registration process was not clear and this forced us to go offsite for the required parking pass. If wristbands are still required, none were in the unit. The building has only one working elevator which makes getting in and out when it is busy more challenging. I absolutely would rent again from Southern Vacation Rentals. These are simply things we never had as issuesWith other owners. We would know better next time.
