The pool always had stuff floating in it. We had 5 condos rented and several folks wrist bands did not work. They were shuffled back and forth between the owners and property mgmt. The folks that came around to check arm bands were rude when some of the guys had them in their pocket because they did not work. One got loud and said that my brother must leave the pool area. He showed him the band but he just kept yelling at him. We never got resolution for many of the bands. Maybe those guys would be better suited to skim the pool because it was a bit nasty. (our bands worked great) Everything with our condo was great.

I would never stay there again. The grounds of the propertyneeds a lot of work. Two elevators were down during our visit and too much walking. pools were clean but cold non were heated
