Beachfront #108 is a 2-bedroom, 2 Full Bath beachfront Luxury at Grand Panama. The kitchen is well-equipped and has stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, Instapot Pot, Air-fryers, quality dishes, glasses, and small appliances to make you feel at home. Small Pets (25lbs max), allowed with a $100 pet fee. Grand Panama also charges $50 for a pet leash sleeve. This can be handled online when you register for your parking pass. It's a separate platform (Park and Spot), not from VRBO, and I will send the link in a separate email, where you can register your pets and car. The Resort charges a one-time $55 fee and includes your first parking pass and wristbands.

. This is a fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath, and offers free WiFi access. If this one is reserved, please contact me anyway, because we do currently have other ones available with the same gated patios and amenities. The beach is beautiful, and the property is stunning with fantastic tropical landscaping. The fishing Pier is located within walking distance, as well as the Waterpark, Shopping, and Wine/Spirit Store. We have large-screen TVs in all bedrooms and a SMART TV in the living room. You can stay home and cook in the fully furnished kitchen if you desire, or check out one of the many restaurants or eateries nearby or on the property.

Enjoy many on-site amenities, including a full-service tiki bar, seasonal beach service, and an on-site fitness center with two HEATED pools for guest use. In addition to the amenities listed, we also offer the following:

Age Restriction
To reserve a room at Grand Panama, our policy requires guests to be at least 25 years of age. Individual situations, however, will be addressed by request.
Check-in Check-out
The guest access keypad code is given after booking. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. We do offer Early 1 pm Check-in for an additional $60 fee. Text me to schedule. These are granted based on availability. A $150 fee per room per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.

Hurricane Policy
Grand Panama will provide a full refund to guests if a mandatory evacuation for the Panama City Beach area is ordered by the Bay County Emergency Operations Center.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Does Grand Panama provide sheets, towels, pillows, and other linens, or do we need to bring our own?
A. We provide a full set of sheets, pillows, and blankets for each bed, as well as linens for the sleeper sofa. Your room will also have enough bath towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests per room type, along with hand and dish towels for the kitchen. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED, SO PLEASE BRING THEM!

Q. If we are renting just for the weekend, can we use the dishes and cooking supplies?
A. Whether you are renting for one night or an entire season, Grand Panama offers all our guests the same room and property amenities. We encourage you to make use of everything!

Q. What is the age requirement to rent a room at the Grand Panama?
A. At least one person in your group must be 25 or older.

Q. If we check out early, will we receive a credit or refund?
A. Once you have checked in, you will not receive a credit or refund for any unused portion of your Panama City Beach vacation.

Q. Do you offer airport pick-up?
A. Airport transportation is available from Sunshine Shuttle.

Q. Do you offer a daily maid service?
A. While daily maid service can be ordered, it is not part of our ordinary service. Instead, guests are provided with towels and linens that should accommodate their stay. Each room also has a washer/dryer, which can be used for personal items as well as towels and linens.

Great space for anyone to vacation. There were plenty of pets but they did not interfere with the vacation property have great rules regarding pets . Pools were clean and somewhat heat . Such an incredible experience. So close to the ocean and so away from the fray of the main pier. Close to everything but quiet beach and wonderful accommodations. The hottub on one side was not working so that was a little bit of a drag. We visit every year and are already counting the days to the next trip!

We are returning visitors, and it has always been a delight to stay in this unit. We love the location, being in the ground floor provided us with easy access to the beachfront. Unit is clean and functional and comfortable. Our property manager provides us all information we need and continues to check our situation. Grand Panama has all the facilities we need, including a gym. We look forward to our next visit!

We had an amazing family vacation. The condo was located in the perfect spot. Back gate access to the tiki food/drink hut, short path to the beach, and the pool! We sat on the back patio and listened to live music 3 nights of our stay. We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing and relaxing

The property is clean and even better than the pictures. We were on the first floor by the pool very convenient, and we were surprised at how quiet it was even though we were near the pool area. We brought our dog too! so very convenient to get him out. The owner is very easy to contact and responds quickly We did a dolphin tour through visitshellisland.com. Our captain was Alex was great. We swam with dolphins! Can’t wait to visit Panama City again, hopefully very soon!

Excellent place to stay . rooftop pool was closed but completely out of her control and even offered free nights to make up for it . it rained most of tbe time and the condo was the thing that made it worth coming for. The views from the THREE balconies are amazing . We all hope to come back as can not imagine how great the sunny days are if rainy ones were so good ! Excellent Host !!

Such a relaxing and fun get away for both our toddler and parents.

This condo was nothing less than perfect for us. Staying on the first floor was very helpful for our impatient toddler when she was ready to get to the pool and beach as they were just steps away, however guarded by locked gates for safety. Also, my parents brought their Yorkie and this was super convenient as they could just walk over to the potty area with ease. This was our first time staying at Grand Panama. When we arrived at the condo, we noticed right away how clean, comfortable and well-furnished it was. The owners/hosts were very easy to get in touch with if we had questions. We had everything we needed like being at home. In fact it WAS like being at home....just with a beach view!!! The price was fair. While at the property we felt very safe and secure. The TV choices were great too. WE WILL STAY WITH THIS HOST AGAIN AND AGAIN!
