The jetted tub is the perfect way to relax after some one-on-one games at the shared tennis and basketball courts. Catching up with old friends has never been better than while grilling up some great fresh seafood out on the back patio. This amazing property also has an outdoor shower to clean up after the beach!

Perfect Hidden Secret

Carillon Beach is such a hidden secret and that’s what we love! The property was just what we needed however just note that while both bedrooms are upstairs there’s only one bathroom upstairs. The other full bath is downstairs. Of course everything worked out but that was a bit surprising. We’d definitely come back. Great location to the pool/beach access.

This was exactly what we needed for our stay. It shows like the bathrooms are in each bedroom but they are not. Neither room has its own bathroom but ot works. Overall very happy and would stay there again

Carillon beach is amazing. This property was dull and limiting as compared to other properties on premises. Would not rent again. Just no real value for the price except it is on Carillon’s property.

Great space and location

Great layout and clean. Loved the location and seating area on back patio. Very short walk for pizza restaurant and beach cafe. Kitchen was adequately stocked - no condiments or spices of any kind so plan accordingly and oven was a little cantankerous. Would definitely stay here again.
