This beautifully decorated, beach front 3BR/2BA condo is located on the 11th floor, boasting spectacular views from the comfort of your living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. This unit features tile and hardwood floors throughout the unit, upscale decor, granite counter tops, 3 large flat screen TV's, and a full washer/dryer for your convenience. Relax and enjoy your favorite beverage on your private balcony, taking in the view of the white sand beach as you watch the waves crash against the shore. You will find a King bed in the master, and queen beds in the second and third bedrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Great oceanfront view!! Roomy condo for 6 people. Would be my go to if traveling to Panama City again. Communication was great and was able to get into condo early which I appreciate greatly after traveling all night from central Michigan. The 2 chair rental was amazing. Will always find a condo with it included now. It was decently clean but could use an upgrade to the front small room bedding but not a deal breaker.

The location is fantastic- from the gorgeous view to lots available within walking distance.St.Andrews State Park is close by which was worth the visit along with Shell Island. The condo was spacious and the kitchen well stocked with cookware. We would definitely rent this unit again.Our host,James, was wonderful to work with and replied back quickly with any questions.We were here for a month and were very comfortable.

Great property right on the beach. When we got to the property we realized our parking passes were not on the counter in the unit. I talked to the attendant on site and he actually wrote us some temporary passes while I contacted the property manager. James called me back quickly and got the issue resolved. We had no other issues beyond that small inconvenience. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was great! Kitchen items needed: pizza cutter. Knives were excellent. Room smell was stale, musty. Toilet tissue holder didn’t hold T.P. And guest toilet kept stopping up. The condo is nice and clean. It’s nicely decorated and easily accessible. The balcony was a perfect place to watch the ocean! Getting to the beach was pretty easy. The elevators were usually pretty easy to use without much waiting. The staff around the building were pleasant and helpful. Management was quick to respond and very helpful if we needed them.

HIGHLY recommend…Amazing sunset views, Military helicopters/jets fly by, very cool to see/hear. Superb Location: Walkable restaurants and bars, a short drive to anything but away from the hustle/bustle.
