Welcome to SUNBIRD CONDOS. (Primary renter must be 25+ years old and stay the duration of booking) Start your mornings with unobstructed Gulf views and coffee on your private 11th-floor balcony. Wind down every evening watching sunsets that never get old. This clean, comfortable beachfront condo at Sunbird puts you directly on the sand in Panama City Beach — without the luxury-tower price tag.
The condo sleeps up to 4 guests in 609 sq ft of well-organized space: a private bedroom with a walk-through bathroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and a twin pull-out loveseat. The fully equipped kitchen, 65" HDTV with cable, and fast Wi-Fi make it easy to settle in — whether you're here for a long weekend or a full snowbird season.
Sunbird is a well-maintained beachfront resort with 3 pools (including a heated west pool), a grilling area, upgraded laundry facilities, on-site security, and fast elevators. Step right onto the sugar-white sand, or use the gated walkover next door to Pineapple Willy's. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available on the beach.
A note on fees you'll pay directly to Sunbird Resort on arrival: parking is $36 per stay for one vehicle, and resort wristbands for amenity access are $6 per person. These are resort fees collected on-site — not included in your booking total.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Minimum guest age is 25 — at least one qualifying adult must be present for the entire stay. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, strictly enforced by the resort. No pets, no smoking or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property, and nothing thrown from balconies.
Note: This is a cozy, efficient beach condo — not a large luxury unit. It's set up for guests who want to spend their days on the beach and their evenings enjoying the views. If that's what you're after, you'll love it here.
Panama City Beach has something going on year-round. Some highlights near the property: Pineapple Willy's is right next door with gated beach access. Pier Park shopping and dining is a short drive. On the water, you'll find dolphin cruises, charter fishing, Shell Island excursions, parasailing, and snorkeling nearby. Major annual events include Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally (spring and fall), Gulf Coast Jam (country music festival, late May), Florida Jeep Jam (May), Emerald Coast Cruizin' classic car show (spring and fall), Seabreeze Jazz Festival (April), IRONMAN Florida (November), and the New Year's Eve Beach Ball Drop on December 31st — voted #1 in the nation by USA Today. Event dates change yearly, so check ahead if you're planning around a specific event.
