Ocean Reef #1107 is located on the 11th floor at Ocean Reef. As soon as you walk in the door you will be taken away with the breath-taking view of the Gulf! This condo includes a free beach setup which includes 2 chaise loungers and 1 umbrella setup on the beach for you each day of your stay (available between March 15 and October 31).

The living area is wonderfully decorated and includes beautiful beach-front views of the gulf! You will find a sleeper sofa, side seating, tables, lights, ceiling fan, large flat screen TV and DVD player. The living area opens to the private balcony as well as the master suite.

The main living area was upgraded with lovely wood-look flooring.

The master suite is accommodated with a comfortable king size bed, fresh bed linens, side table, ceiling fan, dresser, and flat screen TV. The suite also opens to the private balcony which is great for viewing the ocean, watching the birds fly or listening to the gentle sounds of the waves crashing against the beach. The master suite also has a private master bathroom which is accommodated with bath linens.

The guest room has a queen & full size bed, ceiling fan, side table, dresser, and flat screen TV. The guest room also opens to the guest bathroom. There you will find all the bath linens you need for a comfortable stay.

The dining area has a counter-height dining table that will comfortably seat four. More seating can be found at the counter with bar stools. The kitchen is completely outfitted with all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The owner has spared no expense and has provided all you will need to prepare and serve a meal while on vacation.

The private balconies at Ocean Reef are among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony you can view the Gulf's endless water, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beach goers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling and much, much more. The balcony is completely furnished and provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets, sunrises, board games with family and friends and romantic dinners. Our guests find if they are not on the beach then they are on their private balcony!

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
