If you are searching for a comfortable oasis with the sophistication and charm of a luxury hotel this is the place to spend your Rosemary Beach getaway. This newly refurbished Pied-a-Terre is perfect for couples wanting to spend quality time together.
Upon arrival you can enjoy a complimentary split of chilled Le Grand Courtage brut champagne . Additionally two spa style robes for your comfort, as well as numerous other amenities such as shampoo and conditioner from our local Apothecary Pish Posh Patchouli's, specialty Bondi Breeze fragrance soaps and Coffee from Amavida, our local organic and fair trade coffee roaster are provided.
There is plenty of room to relax in this completely refurbished creole style cottage that offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living area includes a comfortable plush full size couch, and additional seating as well as an office area to include full size desk and chair. There is a fully equipped kitchen to include W/D, gas stove top, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, The bathroom also new, features larger walk in shower with counter/storage space.
The sleeping loft includes a king bed, with duvet comforter, quality linens and extensive drawer and hanging space.
Whether you begin your day enjoying your first cup of coffee on the outside veranda or decide to relax with your favorite beverage at days end enjoying your ocean view, this unique one of a kind cottage is the perfect choice. To further enhance your privacy the entrance is separate from the main house allowing direct access throughout your visit.
When heading to the beach you will notice that beach towels, carry beach chairs, cooler have been provided, and your two complimentary bikes will be waiting.
Should you be planning an extended visit or an impromptu getaway this cottage will not disappoint Please be advised that we only allow a maximum of two adult guests. Garage parking is available. As it is a short walk to the center of town with an abundance of dining/shopping choices, driving will not be necessary during your visit.

Amazing Location
Overall, it was an amazing experience and property. You are steps away from the beach and also from the retail area. I would say that the check-in instructions are a little confusing and a little more detail would be helpful. Also, if someone is staying at the main house and parking in front of the garage, if the vehicle is larger, it can block access to the carriage house garage. Overall an amazing space and place to stay.

Iron spiral stair case to bedroom Upstairs with bath downstairs. Not able to get suitcases up the stairs. Lots of construction noise going on in an around the area. They start at 8 AM sharp!

The cottage house was beautiful and cozy. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds my sister and I have ever slept in. We would have loved to be able to enjoy opening all of the French doors and have in and outside access but unfortunately it was extremely cold. The only downside was we were charged a cleaning fee but we're expected to through out garbage, put all towels in laundry and turn on dishwasher. I've never been anywhere that requested that, and I always stay in 5 Star properties. The other thing that was very concerning was that we were told not to empty ice as the next guests would need it. I find that very unsanitary and not something that I would ever expect from an upscale property Needless to say, we did not use the ice that was in there for who knows how long. Again, it was a beautiful home and we look forward to returning when the weather is better.
