Discover the relaxation and rest you will experience in our home in Rosemary Beach! Our house is located at 63 Charlestown Avenue, north of 30A, directly behind Bombora Surf Shop and Barrett Square. Sit on one of the two wrap around porches and watch the activity without having to leave your house! We are right around the corner from the cabana pool and playground.

You will love the open living, dining and kitchen area on the first floor, which is perfect for hanging out and relaxing with the family. Tall ceilings and hardwood floors throughout the house make for a spacious feel.

Decorated in a neutral pallett with big, plush arm chairs, and comfy couch the family room is a great place to kick back. A fully stocked kitchen with Thermador and Bosch appliances and quartzite countertops allows you to whip up some wonderful beach cuisine; if you are not into cooking, many delightful restaurants are just a stone’s throw away. Amavida Coffee is a great spot to grab a cup of coffee right across the street! It also is set up for internet access, for those of you who just have to check your email and possibly do some work.

Off the kitchen is a private courtyard with a small heated pool for the quick get away. Perfect for kids to have a 'private pool' of their own as well as adults to relax and wind down. There is an alarm on that door that goes off anytime that door is opened that can be silenced by a push of the button. There is also a full size gas grill.

There are five bedrooms in the house. On the main floor is a guest bedroom with queen bed and private bath. Second floor is the master bedroom with king size bed and a large master bathroom and a walk in shower.

There are two other guestrooms on the second floor. The first one has a king bed, walk in closet and private bath, and the other one has 2 sets of twin bunkbeds and separate bath, and closet. The second floor has private porches to take in the Rosemary ambiance and just get away from it all.

On the third floor is the kids den complete with two sets of twin beds (trundle) foosball table and sitting area. This floor also has its own full size bathroom with walk in shower. All bathrooms have been recently remodeled as well.

There is even a pack-n-play there for those little tiny ones who need a space of their own. All the bedrooms are equipped with flat screen tvs. There is a full sized laundry room on the first floor, as well as an outdoor shower, and powder bath and outdoor gas grill.

Rosemary Beach was designed by the same town planners who designed Seaside 20 years ago. It is set high upon the dunes overlooking the white sands and crystal waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

It is a pedestrian friendly, close-knit community, with the whole town on a five minute walking scale. The location of our house is perfect to access any of the shops, restaurants and the beach. Just plan on parking your car and leaving it until it’s time to pack up.

There are four pools, one covered and two heated, and two playgrounds are all just steps away. Just take a boardwalk and head on a five minute walk to the beach. There is even a fitness and tennis center, just in case the walks on the beach aren’t enough.

NO GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED IN ROSEMARY BEACH, UNLESS A REQUEST IS FILED AND GRANTED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL BY THE POA FOR MEDICAL REASONS ONLY. THIS MUST BE DONE BY THE RENTER.
