We will definitely being going back. Usually stay in main part on front beach road just to get stuck in traffic. Loved the area and not far from everything. The little private beach was so nice and quiet. Loved it!!

Not to crowded, pleasant staff, excellent location really enjoyed my stay the private beach seemed smaller than I remember could be due to adding more beach lounge chairs, they were doing some landscaping in front of the lobby and one of the elevators was down most of the stay which made wait time for elevator a little longer than usually but GREAT stay this is my second time and I will be back again!

I was given the wrong room type however the manager Lorenzo I believe was his name immediately took care of me. The massage I received at the spa was AMAZING!!! The only issue was the pool/hot tub outside needed to be cleaned it had to many bugs floating. Every staff member was very friendly. Overall we enjoyed our Sister Trip!

I liked how quiet the hotel is compared to others in PCB but they need more drink, food options as you would need to go out for mostly all food. The rooms are nice! We still prefer 30A area for our little get away.

The private beach was awesome and peaceful. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. The room was nice and having a balcony was a plus. Be sure to schedule a day for your room to be cleaned when you check in because room maintenance does not automatically happen daily. I would definitely stay here again because it is better than paying for an overpriced and old/overated hotel on PCB. We had a car and the drive to PCB was only 15-20min and parking was pretty cheap approx $6 for 4hrs.

We arrived before check-in and front desk was gracious and stated it was not a problem. I was informed via text when room was ready while we were out exploring. Since I had 2 reservations and would need to move to another room the next day, we were told that they would try to have the room ready before we left at noon for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival which they did.

The place I am sure was nice at one time but very dated. They have been updating it but still looks very old and update is so so at best.

Very nice resort. Has lots of amenities at the property including a private beach for guests. The only complaint I have is that we never received housekeeping during our 4 night stay. They did bring a few things we ran out of like towels at our request but our beds were never changed or made, trash emptied, etc.

The property is under renovation so several amenities were not available and our toilet was not flushing properly. We had to call front desk twice. Maybe it would be better after renovation is completed.
