We would like to inform you that property-wide construction will begin on October 14, 2024, with an estimated completion date of June 6, 2025.

*Balconies will be inaccessible at times, and balcony furniture will be moved into units during this work.
*Some units may be temporarily unavailable for rental during specific phases of the project.
*Schedules may change based on weather conditions.

3) Bicycle rentals in High Pointe Resort are available for a fee and provided exclusively by La Dolce Vita .
4) This Community Does Not Allow Golf Carts Inside Of High Pointe Resort
5) Beach Chair Set Up Included (Seasonally March-October) for 2024 only. Includes two chairs and one umbrella.
