Welcome to Grand Sunsets - true luxury living in The Enclave at Inlet Beach. This townhome is a stunning retreat with a private pool, expansive Gulf views; only steps from beach access, elevator, and gourmet kitchen. If you're looking for an escape along 30A, this is your place. All 4 main bedrooms have private baths. Every bathroom is a true spa experience finished with gleaming white marble. The home is decked out from top to bottom with luxurious designer touches.

Walking into this beach retreat and from the oversized garage you'll find the 1st floor separate living quarters. This bonus area comes complete with full bath and kitchenette. There's a queen sleeper sofa and twin bunks. This room opens to your private courtyard retreat with heated pool* enclosed with privacy fence for outdoor entertaining or enjoying lazy pool days. You'll find plenty of seating and loungers plus a gas grill. This complete 2nd living area is a perfect separate retreat if you're traveling with multiple families (or teenagers!). And, there's a ping pong table in the garage!

Head to the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor that includes 2 master king suites complete with private balconies and Gulf views. Plus there's a bunk room with twin-over-twin bunk beds and private bath.

Up on the 3rd floor you'll find the main living area and gourmet kitchen. No expenses were spared when it came to this kitchen. There's an oversized refrigerator, gas range, and beverage center complete with wine fridge. The elevator is located right off the kitchen to make bringing up groceries a breeze. There is seating for 5 at the kitchen counter and seating for 8 at the dining table (and of course more seating outside)

Head out to the balcony for al fresco dining. Take the spiral staircase up to the observation tower, catch a truly Grand Sunset, and enjoy an evening cocktail. This is by far the best spot in the house to catch the sunrises and sunsets along with those stunning Gulf views. Also on the 3rd floor is an additional master queen en suite and yet another private balcony.

We loved the house and the location. It was a great fit for our family needs. We did have problems with parking. Description said that four cars could be accommodated but we all drive large SUVs to accommodate our large families and there was no way to park four vehicles.

I rarely complete these reviews, but feel that Jenni's home deserves it. Beautiful home just as advertised, exceptionally clean, 2 minute walk to the beach. Only small issue we had was addressed immediately despite being a holiday week. Loved Grand Sunsets!

We absolutely LOVED the location….easy walk to beach. The elevator made transporting goods much easier than hauling them up the stairs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had adult children with us and the first floor apartment was perfect for them. Having the extra ice machine was superb as well! The beach chairs were a really nice addition! Having a private pool is a MUST for us and this one didn’t disappoint. Jenni was VERY responsive and overall we had a fantastic time!

The house had an ideal location with sunset views and easy access to the beach. Inside, the living spaces are spacious and inviting, filled with natural light and furnished for comfort. The decks and patios provide the perfect way outdoor living spaces for enjoying the outside. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials for preparing meals. Bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed, with quality linens and mattresses ensuring a restful night's sleep, while bathrooms are clean and modern, offering showers, bathtubs. We had privacy and felt safe throughout our stay. The host were very helpful with any questions. Loved our stay.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Grand Sunsets is a beautiful rental with close proximity to the beach. It has an excellent layout for several families or a larger group. Unfortunately, our stay was not ideal due to the lack of a working oven the entire week. We discovered this the day after our arrival, called maintenance and a part was eventually ordered. While this in and of itself is outside the control of the rental agency, the lack of communication and compensation was borderline ridiculous. We were the ones to reach out to management several times to inquire about whether it would be repaired during the week. The compensation of several hundred dollars as a refund for an integral appliance doesn’t even come close to what we had to spend on eating out, not to mention the time and inconvenience of having to leave the rental. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the rental as a result of Benchmark Managements response and lack of customer service.

The home was well maintained, looked brand new and comfortably fit 4 adults and 4 teenagers with room to spare! Everyone had their own space and we loved the Bonus room for the boys- a great addition to the home. The home is well equipped with all you need for your stay. Once there, you have to take advantage of the 5 bicycles and ride into surrounding areas such as Rosemary Beach, Seaside, etc. And of course going to the 3rd floor lookout to have your morning coffee or evening cocktail as the sun rises or sets. Plenty of options to eat and shop at. The management company was very quick to respond to any questions and were very helpful. A great location for families since the beaches are not too crowded. We will definitely be back!
