Perfect location and nice condo overall

We loved our time in Inlet. It was the perfect location and the condos and pool were overall nice. Unfortunately there was a horrible plumbing issue which was a bit of a bummer because we couldn’t even use the bathroom, dishwasher or laundry the back half our trip. The management company was great to work with and helped resolve this issue as much as possible. They were very responsive and gave us a lot of options to make things better. I would absolutely stay at these condos again but most likely choose a different condo and maybe in the other building just to ensure no more plumbing issues.

Good place for a small family

You can tell the owners have redone the property, and try their best to make this place a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, right across from the beach and biking distance to Rosemary beach and other hot spots. There were gnats flying around at times, and the bathroom could use a remodel. We did run into a brief ceiling leak in the kitchen and bathroom, which seemed to be from the unit above. I would say that this spot would be great for a couple, or a family of three. Anything more would be tight, in my opinion.

The location is perfect unfortunately we couldn’t get past the condition of the unit. The condo was very dirty and we had ants in the living room and bedroom.

Perfect location

We have stayed in 3 different apartments at Inlet Dunes and absolutely love the location. This condo was great because your back porch walks right out to the pool area. Our kids absolutely loved it and the four of us fit perfectly for our vacation. My only suggestion would be to update the bathroom, it is starting to have some wear and tear. Everything was extremely neat and clean though- we had all that we needed :)

Had another great vacation at Inlet Beach. This condo is walking distance from the beach and close to all the activities in the 30A area. We enjoyed this property’s pool, beach, and riding bikes through this neighborhood and the surrounding areas. Great location and very nice and clean property.

30A Getaway!

Inlet Dunes is just our favorite spot on 30A. The folks at Paradise Properties made our trip stress free. They were there to help with bike and beach set up rentals prior to our arrival. It was wonderful knowing they were always just a phone call away should any questions arise.

Great location, and nice quaint condo.

The property was very clean and very close to the beach. It was everything our family of 3 needed to have a great Memorial Day weekend beach trip. We loved the pool and the shade trees making it nice to relax by the pool in the shade after a long day at the beach.

Quiet spot with a short walk to the beach

We loved everything about this place (quiet, beach walk is short, pretty area, pool is close) . The walk out level is great for kids that are always on the go. The pool was not heated however, that’s the only thing I would change :)

Great place for an escape and some beach time

We loved this property. It was perfect for me and my two teens. I loved that it was on the first floor. Didn't have to carry anything up the stairs, and the pool was just steps away from the backporch. The beach was a short walk away and was really convenient. The property had all the amenities that we needed. Thanks for a great time. I would recommend this property.

Property was very clean when we arrived. Had everything we needed for our stay (towels, cookware etc.). Bed was very comfortable. Location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The area is busy though as it is a public beach access. Not many places to eat nearby and most closed by 9. But overall a great place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was spacious, really clean, and short quick walk to the beach. Our boys loved the bunk beds and we loved the giant king sized bed. The AC worked nicely too which is much appreciated on hot Summer days. We will visit again for sure!!

30A/ Panama City Spring 21

Fantastic place. As advertised. Extremely clean, convenient, great pool area, well landscaped, private and laid back vibe. Right on the beach. Could not be better for those who like long morning walks and sunsets with cocktails Gulf side. Close to the 30A craziness of Rosemary if that is your thing. Other than the herd of elephants upstairs, which we only noticed after returning from our sunset strolls, everything was truly perfect, weather included. Neighbors/owners from Tennessee were super cool as well. Phenomenal place and location. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. . One note, if you are planning to grill up some afternoon burgers poolside, it is not going to happen with the current condition of the grill onsite. It's the property managers issue , not any of the owners. Admittedly, grills at VRBO's are a tough thing to maintain though. I will be back and recommend to family/friends..

Perfect vacation spot!

The property at Inlet Dunes exceeded our expectations. It seemed to have just been freshly painted, and everything was sparkling clean. The location could not be beat as far as access to the beach - steps away! And being on the lower level meant easy access to the pool as well. I was worried there would be a lot of noise, being so close to the pool, but that was never a problem. Our kids often had the pool to themselves. One thing I hadn't realized when booking was how close the property is to the highway, so there is some road noise, but the pros far outweight that. Inlet Dunes is a small, quiet condo area, and we would love to visit again!
