Well the condo should not even be rented out the sliding glass doors facing the lake would not lock on the condo, the ceiling was cracked all the way through the room three spots looking as it’s been leaking different times and not been fixed, two of the ceiling fans in other rooms would not work one of the tv’s would not work in the bedrooms and the air conditioning did not work in the whole condo stayed 78 degrees I called several time talking too the people try get them too fix or either move us too another unit they would not even move us for the rest of the stay. So will never stay there again

Came for 4 nights with family. Unit was spacious but needs some upkeep. Broken floor molding, toilets needed plunging and couldn’t get a plunger. One room didn’t have a remote. Some of the male employees were rude and the elevators were a nightmare! Spent way too much time waiting!!
