The Timeless Treasure Cottage first floor features an open floor plan. The timeless design of this residence includes Peacock Pavers stone floors, Key Stone Millworks cabinetry, cypress wood ceiling beams, in addition to beautiful designer furnishings with a style that works well with a contemporary touch.

The fully equipped kitchen with Thermador appliances includes a built-in icemaker at the wet bar for convenience. The open dining area includes a large reclaimed wood dining table set for 8. It is open to a spacious living room furnished with comfortable seating for your entertainment, including all the luxuries you might desire. Comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa and a wall mounted flat-screen TV equipped with a Blu-Ray DVD player make the great room an ideal space for watching movies and other gatherings of time well-spent with family and friends.

The home features a Nuvo Grand Concerto sound system that allows for music enjoyment from multiple sources (iPod, Sirius, etc.) in different rooms at the same time. Wireless internet is complimentary through out the property, allowing you to stay in touch with home while you spend time at the beach!

You will find two fully-equipped bedrooms on the second floor of the main house. The master and guest suites offer king size beds, Blu-Ray DVD player equipped flat-screen TVs, balconies, and private baths outfitted with carrera marble.

Rental of the carriage house is always included. It is a fully equipped residence with the ability to sleep four. It is designed in similar style to the main house. The carriage house is furnished with a queen-size bed, a sleeper sofa, a wall mounted flat-screen TV, and a Sony sound system. In addition to a private washer/dryer unit, the carriage house boasts a fully equipped kitchen including a cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker.

1) Travel protection is NOT included in our quotes, but can be purchased during check out or obtained independently.
2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX only.
3) 3 bikes are included in the rental. To utilize, waiver must be signed and received before code provided.
4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. Currently, there is construction next door and we do not have a completion date. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
