This beautifully decorated large 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo in one of the best resorts on the beach will fill up soon! Book now so you can enjoy your special time in Panama City Beach! This is a family friendly resort with a minimum age of 25 for renters. Condo and balcony are smoke free.

Unit 1702 in Tower 1 on the 17th floor is a large condo that sleeps 12 comfortably with 2 kings, 2 queens, built-in twin XL bunk beds and a queen size sleeper sofa.

The Oceanfront Master Suite has a king size bed, private bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet and a wall mounted 40" ROKU Smart TV

The 2nd Master Suite has a king size bed, private bath and a wall mounted 32" ROKU Smart TV

The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and wall mounted 40" ROKU Smart TV

The 4th bedroom has built-in twin bunk beds and a wall mounted 24" flat screen TV with Blue Ray player

Very nice condo. We had everything we needed for our stay. Condo has a great view of the beach. We even got to see dolphins in the morning will drinking coffee on the balcony. Would come back again.

Just right for the 9 of us.It was great having our coffee on balcony every morning before going to the beach. Elevators were fast and parking was easy. Had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of towels, soap, and other supplies. Also Ray and Susan were quick to respond. Made for a great family vacation. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place.

Great place!

Everything was great!! The owners were great and answered all of our questions quickly and were super helpful and nice. The only suggestion is new mattresses in bunk and duel queen rooms. They are older and not very comfortable. Otherwise I give it a 10 out of 10!

Great Hosts and Perfect for Families

My family of 9 (6 adults and 3 children) stayed for a week and loved the condo! There was plenty of space for us to spread out when needed, but we still got to enjoy the time together with the large balcony area, big dining table, and plenty of seating in the living room. The checkin and parking was very smooth with their instructions. We enjoyed Thelma and hot tubs daily. The beach views are fabulous from the balcony. Overall, it was a great trip, and we were blessed to stay with them!

Great family vacation!

Everything was clean and well maintained! Pools and hot tub were wonderful! Our room was only a few steps to the elevator to our room and then right next to the pool area and beach access when you go to the ground floor! Everyone loved everything about this condo!

The condo is amazing! This was our 4th spring vacation in this unit and it's always perfect - well maintained and extremely clean. The owners are very easy to work with and the check-in, check-out process is flawless. The resort is in close proximity to stores, restaurants and activities. We loved everything about this property!The decor, the location, the view, the amenities!This is our second stay at the Majestic. We returned as we enjoy everything about the area and the building. The heated indoor pool and outside hot tubs were the highlight of our stay being it was a cooler & windy (double red flag) week. Our oldest son also enjoys the gym here!This individual condo supplied anything you could ever want for the beach - toys, chairs, towels, balls, bubbles, etc. The 4 bedrooms allowed our kids to have their own sleeping spaces, and they thoroughly enjoyed having their own TVs in each room.The view from the balcony was amazing from the living room & the Master Bedroom.We were within walking distance to the pier and Pineapple Willies. The entire condo was spacious and welcoming!(PS - I loved the Master Bedroom decor & bathroom!)You will not find too many keep-worthy seashells on the beach, but you will find a nice spacious area to relax and enjoy the gorgeous emerald waters.The host was in full communication the entire time and was helpful and super responsive to any questions and supplied perfect instructions for prior check-in. We had not one worry upon our arrival, so thank you so much for doing so and letting us enjoy your home 3

The condo was exactly as expected. The place was very kept, clean, very organized and well put together. It had everything we needed and some. The owners were great to work with. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Definitely looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Best condo we have ever stayed at!!!

I have been staying in VRBO condos in PCB since I was a teen and this was by far the best condo we have ever stayed at. It’s was super clean, and very comfortable beds but what was most impressive was how well stocked this condo was. It had EVERYTHING! An entire closet full of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas etc, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, extra comfy blankets and even a cooler!! Tons of spices if you want to cook, pots and pans and even a crock pot. We were beyond impressed as we have stayed in condos that have nothing except some plates and cups and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom leaving us to purchase everything. Honestly we had the best week and Susan the owner was so sweet and responsive and kept us very well informed through how the area fared with Hurricane Helene. We will 100% stay here again!!!

This condo is better stocked with basics including a great spice rack and a closet packed with beach chairs, umbrellas and tons of sand toys. We used the large dining table not only for meals but lots of family games.

Fantastic place with gorgeous views

This property was exactly as the pics show and more! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The beds are super comfy and was nice to have 3 seperate bathrooms as we had 13 total people. They have plenty of beach items to use if needed. The owners have great communication and were very prompt with responses. We had a chance to actually meet Susan, and she is a sweatheart. The location is great and a very short distance from many restaurants and attractions. The kids loved the pools and was a nice switch up from the beach. The poolside bar was a nice option to have if you wanted a frozen drink. The ladies with us enjoyed having a Starbucks on property. Overall, you cant beat this property. From great owners to overall cleanliness to location, definitely A+. of beach of beach items
