It couldn't be easier to bike over to the world famous Donut Hole for a delectable breakfast, then spend the day at the beach, and finish up with shopping then dinner at one of the many fine restaurants located within a mile or less.

This newly built, three-story, spacious and beautiful home is the perfect choice for your next Beach vacation! Meticulously designed and well appointed, this upscale Beach house has everything you need and want for a relaxing, fun getaway with family or friends. This home is just stunning, we can't wait for you to see it! In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a third story which is the perfect spot for the kiddos, additional family members, or friends. The third story open loft boasts one queen bed, one twin bed, a private bathroom, and its own living room with large smart TV and table and chairs for playing board games. This house is the perfect set up for one family, a multigenerational family vacation, two families vacationing together, several couples, or a group of friends… We've got it all covered!

- Master Bedroom on 2nd floor: King bed with TV, luxurious private bath that includes a relaxing separate soaking tub and walk-in shower
- First Guest Bedroom on 2nd floor: Queen bed with TV and shared bath
- Second Guest Bedroom on 2nd floor: 2 Twin beds with TV and shared bath
- Upstairs Third Story Loft: Queen bed and Twin bed with private bath and TV, plus second living room with TV, large comfy sectional couch, and small table with four chairs for playing games or snacking

Guests have access to and use of the garage for a golf cart/LSV, and the back outdoor patio offers a gas grill and dining table so you can enjoy your meal outdoors in the sunshine and enjoy the beautiful, peaceful view.
Please note the nearest beach is mentioned above and is The Inlet Beach Regional Access with parking spaces and restrooms, so you can drive, walk, or bike over to the beach.
Five complimentary adult sized bikes are included with each reservation so you can easily bike to all the nearby shops, restaurants and even the beach. We also provide you with six portable beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach and pool toys for the kiddos, and a wagon. We try to think of everything you might possibly need so all you need to do is throw your clothes, swimsuit, toothbrush, and flip-flops in your luggage! Wedding in Rosemary Beach

The house was immaculate and the host was excellent. The living space, kitchen, bedrooms, and outdoor space felt new, were beautiful, and were as advertised. We received an early check in to accommodate our early flight. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

House Was Not Clean

We drove 9 hours to this house and when we arrived in the evening after a long day on the road and the house was filthy and it was not cleaned from the renters that were in the house before us. Bedding was not changed, trash cans were overflowing, bathrooms were filthy, floors in the house were dirty and filthy. The property manager did her best to help us and offered us a few options but none of them worked for us in that moment. She offered us a full refund which we accepted but of course it will take up to 15 days for the refund to be completed. Isn’t it funny that they accepted my payment the instant I booked the house but it takes 2 weeks to get a refund. If you book this house I suggest that you send follow up emails to the property manager to make sure it is clean and also that the code is correct. It was a shame because it really is a beautiful home but us staying there just was not meant to be

Great property with excellent location!

We stayed at this property for Easter vacation. House is brand new, a lot more of space and everything that you need to make your stay great. We used bikes to ride along 30A highway to explore. From the neighborhood where house is located, you go straight to the beach. You need to cross the street, but it is very close. There is a parking next to the beach and restrooms as well. Walking distance you will have good restaurants and Publix is a few minutes away. I highly recommend this rental. I contacted the owner and she responds very quickly. Pool in the neighborhood wasn’t heated when we came, so maybe they already turned it off. We plan to stay there again,

Wonderful Property and Stay!!!

We came down to Inlet Beach for the weekend and had a wonderful stay. The house is in a small community that is well kept and has a community pool. The house is amazing! All bedrooms were very nice and bathrooms were nicely appointed. The host was GREAT! She had everything needed for the beach (chairs, towels, toys, and bikes!) in the garage which makes traveling even easier. I cannot recommend this property enough!! We hope to come back soon.
