This ultra-clean, premium condominium features a Gulf front master suite with balcony access, a large private bunk room, and 2 full baths. The ensuite master bath has large soaking tub and separate shower. With king bed in the master suite, bunk bed with twin over full in separate bunk room, and queen sofa bed in living room, this unit sleeps 6 comfortably. Enjoy the views and morning coffee from the extra large 8' deep balcony. BEACH SERVICE INLCUDED with the rate! Lounge chairs and umbrella. 

Summer is 7 nights minimum and Saturday Check In and Check Out between May 16th and August 24th 2025.

Centrally located on the desirable west end of PCB, the complex is less than a mile from Pier Park and many other local attractions and restaurants. Moe's Original Bar B Que is directly across the street. Senior Frogs and Sharkey's is just a 2 minute walk for a quick meal without driving.
