    PARKING, POOL, BEACH ACCESS: Onsite parking for 2 cars in the condo garage is available. The condo requires that cars be registered online and a $50 per car for entire stay should be paid prior to arrival. A link for parking registration will be sent after booking. You can park 2 vehicles anywhere in the onsite parking garage. Overflow parking is available in nearby public parking lots for a third vehicle, subject to availability. No passenger vans allowed. Gate codes to private condominium pool, beach, gym access will be provided. 8 wristbands are also provided for pool access, must be returned on the dining table before checkout. Kids under 8 yrs do not need a wristband.

    THE ABODE: This spacious beachfront condo with 3 bedrooms can accommodate 10 guests comfortably, making it ideal for large families, group of friends, or even a romantic retreat. It is an entertainment paradise right on the beach, with Arcades, XBox and numerous board games inside the unit for endless fun! The interior is thoughtfully designed, exuding a warm and inviting ambiance. The living areas are tastefully furnished, allowing you to unwind after a day of sun-soaked adventures. Large windows and multiple doors open up to the fresh breeze from the ocean, creating an immediate connection to the natural beauty outside. There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for your gourmet needs. Cooler, wagon, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella are provided, please clean and return them to the condo after use. Downstairs you will find heated swimming pool, BBQ grills and a gym. Starter Set of Trash Bags, Paper Towels and Toilet Paper.

    SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: Primary bedroom has King Bed, Bedroom 2 has Queen Bed, Bedroom 3 has two Queen Beds and Living room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper.

    CHILD FRIENDLY: Pack ‘n Play, High Chair, Plastic plates and bowls

    ATTRACTIONS: Many restaurants such as Schooner’s, Pineapple Willy's, American Charlie and Marco Polo Pizzeria are nearby. Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Goofy Golf and Pier in under 8min walk. You can launch your boat using a boat ramp in the Marina about 3 miles from the condo up east on US-98.

    NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet hours need to be observed between 10PM-7AM.

    PETS: Pets are NOT allowed in the condominium. All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association.

    SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit of $300 is collected after your booking, this fee is not a charge, but a hold on the card and the hold will be released within 7 days after checkout.

    We had our large family fit very comfortably in this condo. The first few days of our trip were chilly and the arcade games were a big hit with the kids, as well as the adults. Nice feature! The provided toys, chairs, and wagon to haul it all down to the beach, that was just steps from the condo, were appreciated. The condo was very clean, updated, and offered nice accommodations with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Even the pull-out couch that we utilized was comfortable. We received outstanding service when we needed assistance, and Prashant’s timely responses were welcomed. This was our fifth time visiting the Gulf shores and by far the BEST place we have stayed to date. Well done! 5 plus stars from us!

    We had a great time over the weekend. Having chairs and an umbrella was great. The elevators are slow but we just took the stairs if we could. The unit was very clean and the teens enjoyed the arcade games.

    We had a wonderful trip with our children and grandchildren!!! The condo was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need plus more!!!!! Mr. Phrasant is amazing and is so kind and checked on us throughout our visit!!! Definitely would rent this condo again… one because it was beautiful with a beautiful view and second because of the kindness of Mr. Phrasant!!! Don’t find a host like this one very often!!!!     Location is perfect & close to everything. The view is breathtaking. The unit is the 9th floor on the end that’s gives a Birds Eye view of the ocean/ M.B. Miller Pier and the PCB Front Beach strip. The condo is stocked with lots of beach items like extra chairs, umbrella or kids toys. Very clean & fresh…. We were impressed.

    Wonderful

    We had a wonderful time! The host has provided so many wonderful amenities that helps make the home comfortable and inviting. It was so nice to have extra beach towels and two chairs provided by the host. A large wagon and cooler was also provided, but we did not use them. This saves on room when packing! We also used the high chair that was provided for my 17 month old. The rooms were very comfortable! We had a great time and can’t wait to visit again. The view was phenomenal on the large balcony that had 7 chairs! There is plenty of room and we never felt crowded. Thank you for putting so much work into making your space comfortable for others to enjoy!
