Location was wonderful! Easy access to the beach and the views from the balcony are amazing. Condo wasn’t as clean as it could be and the garbage disposal had a very strong odor you could smell as soon as you walked in. Overall good condo and would stay here again.

Great Location-Not very clean

Pros: Absolutely perfect location! Loved the floor we were on, the view and easy access to vehicle, elevator, pool, beach, etc. were great! Cons: It definitely needs a deep cleaning. Under the chairs, tables, behind doors, under the couch, under the bed, etc. there was dirt/dust/sand, crumbs, broken pieces of the blinds, even cigarette butts. Completely grossed me out! We are very against smoking. (NOTE: the unit did NOT smell like it had been smoked in or we would not have stayed). There was dust built up under and behind all the TV's and anything on the countertops. Sand and crumbs in the sofa and outdoor furniture. We dusted it off as must as we could but primarily sat on our blankets when lounging. If the unit could be deep cleaned, it would be perfect! It had everything we needed and we loved the location.

Spring Break Family Trip

We had an amazing trip. We traveled with myself, my husband, our 5 children and our pup the condo was in a great location, not right in the middle of the crowds but not far from all the good restaurants and entertainment. They have a great area for dogs. The only thing I was disappointed by was that the facility charges a dog fee on top of the fee charged by the owner and I would like to have been informed by that before.
