Good house reasonable price

We've stayed at a lot of places in PCB. This house was perfect for our family. 1 block from private beach access, own private pool, and perfect arrangement for family time and then seperate private living quarters in the pool house for the wife and I to escape the (college and high school age) kids in the main house.

Perfect location practically right across from private beach

Loved the location and neighborhood of this property. The private beach was very relaxing and away from the spring break craziness. We loved having a fenced private yard since we were traveling with our dog. Property was clean and spacious and our teen daughters loved having their own personal space in the suite in the back. We would stay in this home again if traveling back to PCB
