We loved the location and the home was very well stocked and beautifully furnished. Its comfortable and in the heart of RB. Our only issue is there was a worker in the back area by the pool working 4 days out of 6 days we were there. He was painting fencing. We were not notified from the property manager that someone would be working and because of the fumes were unable to use the pool for 4 days out of 6. This also created no privacy at the property. I called the agency every day and they told me that they had no one scheduled to work so it wasn't until the 4th day that they acknowledged that "yes" the person was affiliated with the property. It really put a damper on our stay and days later the manager hasn't reached out to return my calls about the stay. It was unfortunate and we were unable to use the pool area because the man was out there working 20 feet from the pool.Would like the manager to return my calls on this.The property is great, location is fantastic-but they shouldn't be doing nonessential work when you have the property rented---especially when they had extra unoccupied days, they offered to sell me at the end of our trip.My husband and I currently own and operate 3 vacation rental properties, and we do not schedule routine maintenance to our properties when they are rented. This is common courtesy.
