This beautiful, brand new beach home in Seacrest Beach has everything you need for a perfect getaway!

Inside, the open-concept design features 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including 2 master suites, a first-floor bedroom, and a second-floor bunk room—ideal for hosting family and friends.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by high 10-foot ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. The living area, complete with a cozy fireplace, flows seamlessly into the gourmet kitchen, which is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas oven, range hood, ice machine, and two beverage coolers (one at the kitchen and another in the third-floor wet bar). The kitchen also offers a convenient pantry for extra storage.

Additionally, on the first floor is a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom.This bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway.

Travelling up to the second floor, you'll find 2 more spacious bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a King bed, plus a fun bunk room for the kids with Queen-over-Queen bunks and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, both with en-suite bathrooms and private balcony access!

On the third floor is the final bedroom, which is another master bedroom with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom (also accessible from the hallway). Right outside of this bedroom is a wet bar, which leads out onto the covered balcony.

Outside on the covered balcony is an outdoor kitchen (with a grill and sink) and amazing Gulf views—the perfect spot to relax. There's also a dining table, comfy seating, and a large screen TV for entertainment!

With Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and 30Avenue all within walking or biking distance, you'll have easy access to great shops, dining, and entertainment along 30A. Whether you want a quiet retreat or a place to entertain, this Seacrest Beach home is the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and coastal living.

Guest access

Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and the Seacrest community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area!

There is also a complimentary tram to and from the beach that stops right outside of the home!

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be be subject to another day's rental fees (please inquire for availability to accommodate).
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
