Important Property Updates for Emerald Beach Resort - Unit 1736
Please note that two scheduled improvement projects will be taking place at Emerald Beach Resort Tower 1 that may affect your stay:

• Sink Drain Maintenance:
On October 23, 2025, the sink drain stacks will be hydro-jetted and cleaned between 9 AM and 5 PM. During these hours, guests must not use the kitchen sink or dishwasher. Using these fixtures during maintenance may cause water to discharge onto workers below.

• Balcony Painting Project:
From November 1 through December 1, 2025, the balconies will be painted and cleaned. Work dates are subject to change based on weather and progress updates from HOA management. All balcony furniture and outdoor rugs must be moved inside to allow painting to occur safely and to prevent damage.

This amount is not considered as part of your total, but due prior to arrival. This amount will be refunded once unit has been cleared of any damage.
**A Pack-N-Play (not a crib) and/or Portable Booster Chair can be placed within your property as long as advised at least 48-hours prior to arrival and based on payment of a rental fee (Pack-N-Play $20.00, Booster Chair- $15.00).
*Note: Please keep in mind the parking Garage max vehicle height is 6' 8" (and 6'4" on parking level 4) and there is no guaranteed onsite parking.
