Excellent room for larger parties. Three bedrooms each having access to their own bathroom was a huge plus. Beach chairs are added in so huge help and added bonus when spending time at the beach. The kids area and water park was great for our small children. Definitely think you get bang for your buck here. It is a little unreasonable to have to pay for parking 40 per vehicle when you’ve paid the amount for the room and it’s a part of Splash. Overall great experience. Would definitely love to come back

This was the best views we have ever had! Absolutely amazing! The rooms were extremely clean & everything was so comfortable. Even though it rained while we were there we still got to enjoy the beach & the pools & hot tub! Kids enjoyed splash water some but it was kinda cool due to weather. We ate out & had some great food & drinks! Did some shopping the kids loved the candy shop on the ground floor! Host was wonderful answering questions that we asked also. The only thing that I recommend is add more handicap parking places there’s not nearly enough of them for this size of resort. We definitely plan to come back & try to stay in this room again next year! Hopefully the sun will shine then!!! Thank you everyone for being so helpful & nice during our stay! Emily Dawn

This was our 3rd year at Splash and we love it!! Location, access and parking are great. Only complaint would be the elevator situation at times, but it’s to be expected with the number of floors. We will be back!

Our stay at James property was absolutely amazing. It came with all the necessities. The mother in law unit was off to itself which provided privacy away from everyone else. All we had to do was unpack and enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back again.

Seabreeze Jazz festival

This place is conveniently located… A beautiful view of the beach… We were only 2 1/2 miles from the Seabreeze Jazz Festival, which we attended Thursday through Sunday. Very comfortable beds and having the beach set up chairs was wonderful. The owner is very responsive and very accommodating. Would highly recommend this place.
