The condominium features an attractive living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and an inviting private balcony sporting uninterrupted views of the emerald waters below. You can enjoy an array of amenities including multiple shared pools, a community hot tub, a fitness room, a sundeck, and easy beach access with free beach chairs and an umbrella included! This condo is perched in a perfect location to experience all that Panama City has to offer. Closest to the resort is Saint Andrews State Park sporting amazing trails to walk along and a beautiful view of the Gulf from the jetty. Within fifteen miles, there are several popular attractions including the Aerial Adventure Park, Walkin’ On Water paddleboards, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf and Grand IMAX Theater. Pier Park always has something going on as well, so shop around at familiar stores or simply explore the area to find your own favorite spots.

Wasn't our favorite.

Door code didnt work. Had to get a new code and wait in a storm. Balcony door didn't lock and we had children. Comforter on bed was dirty.

We only needed a place for one night until we met our friends in Santa Rosa so nothing that’d be a hassle getting in and out of. Entering the property and the condo itself was super easy!!! The host even called us a few hours before check in to make sure we have all the access codes. First thing I noticed about the condo is it smelled clean. It’s a perfect size, very clean and quiet. Can’t wait to come back.

Great Property, very clean, check in a bit rocky but worked out

The property was great, very clean. The check in process was a little rocky and there was some misinformation at times and not everyone seemed to be on the same page, but all was worked out quickly. We were able to purchase an additional parking pass which helped with our guest. The property was extremely clean and in a perfect location. Parking was sufficient . Great views! Did I mention the property was very clean! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, but not so great condo

Condo overall was ok, but it does have issues. Worst thing was being next to elevator shaft. Sounds like a train every time the elevator runs. Which is always. Bed was hard as a rock. Kitchen was lacking a bit. Had to buy an egg tuner and other essentials. Could barely open the oven door cause it hit the refrigerator. The facility is great, we have stayed there numerous times. Just never in this condo again.

Not satisfied with my stay at this condo.

I’m not satisfied with my stay at this condo. There was an awful mildew/mold stench that were had to constantly use Lysol to keep at bay. The floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes the entire time. There were also many smaller issues including remotes that don’t work/missing backs, broke tub stopper, rusty patio furniture, and a broken door stopper that constantly got stuck, so we had to hold it up as we shut the door every time we left/entered the condo. The furniture was also very dirty so we used sheets to cover it. I would not recommend staying at this condo, which is sad since the location was great.

Great Weekend

My 91 year old mother wanted to go to the beach. She enjoyed it very much. The condo was just as described. It was very clean and in good condition. Being on the 5th floor allowed her to sit on the balcony and enjoy watching and listening to the beach. It was close to the elevator and easy access to the parking deck. I would not hesitate to go back again.
