The condo operates via keyless code entry. Upon arrival, you will pick up your wristband at the front desk and have exclusive access to the Grand Panama Beach Resort and its amenities.

Parking for 2 vehicles. Passes available for $50 for the first vehicle and $30 for the second (per total stay) at the front desk.

Beach. Accessed by crossing the street or by walking through the covered walkover bridge.

Two Pools and Spa Tubs. The rooftop heated pool and spa tub are located in Tower 2. The beachfront pool and hot tub are located on the first floor of Tower 1.

Tiki Bar. Seasonal beachfront bar service, opened generally from March to late October.

Fitness center. Includes elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, and others.

Grand Panama store: beer, wine, drinks, snacks, and beach necessities.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

Exceptions to this rule are certified service animals, NOT emotional support animals (ESA). If you will be bringing a service animal with you, it will be subject to verification.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

No smoking or vaping on balcony either.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Age requirement. You must be at least 25 years of age to book this condo or 21+ years of age with excellent review(s). IDs will be verified at check-in.

Check-in and check-out times. Check-in time is at 4pm and check-out time is at 10am. Early check-ins are not allowed.

Starter kit provided for paper products and dishwasher and laundry detergent for your convenience and consideration. You will be responsible for supplying your own after the starter kit runs out.

Beach towels not provided, so please do not take bath towels to the beach.

Do not use white towels to remove makeup. Makeup remover wipes and makeup towels are provided in each bathroom.

Guest wristbands are available for pick-up at the front desk to use complimentary amenities including pools, hot tubs, and fitness center. You must have guest wristbands on to use resort amenities.

Guests will be charged a one-time cleaning fee, which will be included when booking.

Quiet hours start at 10pm.

You will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your party during your stay.

We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters.

Q. Does this condo provide linens and towels?

A. Yes. We provide linens for all beds and pillows in each bedroom. Towels are also provided in each bathroom including bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. We do not provide beach towels. Please bring your own.

Q. Can we use any appliances and contents in the kitchen such as in the refrigerator, cabinets, and pantry?

A. Yes. Please feel free to use what is available in the kitchen.

Q. What is the age requirement to book this condo?

A. At least 25 years of age or at least 21 years of age with great review(s).

A. No. Guests are provided with sufficient linens and towels during their entire stay. The in-unit washer and dryer are also available for use.

A. We provide a starter kit for your convenience. You will be provided with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and two paper towel rolls for the kitchen. Guests who plan to stay for longer than two or three days should plan on supplying their own once the starter kit runs out.

Q. Do you provide laundry detergent and/or dishwasher detergent?

A. We provide a starter kit for your convenience. You will be provided with some detergent pods and dishwasher pods. Guests who plan to stay for longer than two or three days should plan on supplying their own once the starter kit runs out.

Q. Any grills available?

A. Yes. Each pool has gas grills for your use.

Q. Does the Grand Panama have EV charging for electric vehicles?

A. Not at this time.
