Perfect Beach Getaway

We were blown away by the outstanding views and how close we were to the ocean. The condo was just as discribed and had everything that we needed to make it a great vacation.

Was not informed of balcony renovations. (Had made reservations 6 months prior to stay) Had no access to the balcony. Noise of construction was un bearable. Left arfter two nights of a 14 day booking. I will NEVER book another facility with Southern Vacation Rentals.

Disappointed 😞

Property description is wrong layout design shows bathtub which our partiality handicapped friend needed but had 2 showers instead. She can't stand for long periods of time and part of what we choose unit on. Its not clean baseboards are filthy so was floor turned our feet black. No coverlets on beds had to adk for them. Pool closed at dusk no reason given. Ceiling popcorn peeling off and bathroom showceiling not finished. Pretty disappointed for the money we paid. Really needs more work. Cleaning staff needs to much better job.

I love the summit amenities but the AC units on top of Tootsies took away from hearing the ocean and our wrap around balcony could not be used. I would have picked a totally different unit if I had know this. Also only one roll of TP in second bathroom and ceilings in bathrooms pretty cob webb’s dirty. All in all we had a good time.
