Relax and unwind in this spacious 2BR/2BA beachfront condo at Calypso Resort in Panama City Beach. Located just 300 steps from Pier Park, this second-floor unit offers an extra-large open layout, upscale coastal décor, a huge private balcony, and easy access to everything—no car required.

The Space

This beautifully appointed condo features two large bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for couples or families.

The open-concept living area is bright and spacious, designed for gathering and relaxing after a beach day. Enjoy high-end décor, crown molding, a leather sofa, two recliners, and smart TVs throughout.

Step outside to the oversized private balcony, furnished with durable poly furniture including:
2 low-seat deep rockers
Table with 2 high-top swivel chairs
1 additional rocker
Perfect for morning coffee, afternoon breezes, or sunset cocktails.

CHECK-IN PROCESS

You will be able to park one vehicle beach-side, directly below your unit in the Calypso Owner's Garage. Entry to the garage is by private key code. You will then take the elevator to the 8th floor to our luxury unit. If you have a second vehicle, it will be parked across the street in the Calypso North garage. Entry to garage is by pre-printed pass with barcode. The crossover from the garage to the resort is on the third floor. You will proceed directly to our unit, by-passing all the lines for the elevators and condo offices. You will then enter a private key code to unlock the door and enter. You DO NOT have to go to a lobby to "check in" or to a different location to "get your keys".

Calypso Resort charges a $60 registration fee per party which includes access to all resort amenities and one parking spot in the Calypso North Garage across the street. You do not have to pay any additional fee for use of our private parking space in the Calypso Owners Garage (beach side). If your party has more than two vehicles, a third parking space can be purchased from Calypso for an additional $60. The fee covers the entire duration of your stay.

Great space with ideal location. The space is perfect for a family; walking distance to so much and the beach & pool are right out the door. Even with the prime location, there wasn’t too much noise - with it being Spring Break that was a relief! We recommend and hope to be back!

Beautiful Unit in a Great Location

A very nice unit and condo. Our kids appreciated the second King bed, since both are taller than us. With the unit being on the 2nd floor it's very easy to get out to the pool or the beach. It's right next to the elevator or the stairs, and there's a also a nice staircase on that floor where the business office is that takes you down a level to the pool and walkway to the beach. There's a trade-off being that low, with the balcony view somewhat obscured by palm trees and you're right above the pool. The included umbrella/chair service also makes it much easier to just go out to the beach and sit. No need to set up an umbrella or shelter. You can take the elevator or regular stairs down to the owner's garage. It's nice having a private garage knowing you always have a spot, and not much traffic coming through. Be aware that the space is tight, with two small spots bordered by concrete walls. We have a minivan and a huge SUV was next to us the 1st day, so my wife had to get out before I pulled in. A few days there was no other car, and a smaller sedan the last few. There's an elevator that only goes to the third floor. That limits wait time, although we only used it when we moved in and when we checked out. The stairs were easy. There's no official check in or check out process. Just text Penny to let her know when you arrive and when you leave. Very convenient compared to other places we've stayed. There could be more spoons (only a few teaspoons). We got by, though.

Beautiful condo

This condo was perfect for my family. My husband and I traveled with our grown son and his girlfriend. The accommodations were perfect. Plenty of space. Beautifully decorated. The owners parking was a game changer. No more fighting for a good parking spot. Location is convenient to Pier Park. Penny was just a phone call away. Answered all my questions and was a true joy to work with. We can’t wait to stay with Penny in the future!
