The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 – May 2026). Please note that dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit has been completed and is fully accessible. However, you may still experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time. Occasionally, access to the heated pool may vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.



Amenities Update: The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance.

This Gulf-front Panama City Beach property has all the resort amenities to guarantee the perfect vacation!

Couples and small families will love this one-bedroom retreat featuring a balcony with amazing views and access to two pools (one of which is heated seasonally), shuffleboard, tennis, and a Tiki Bar (seasonal).

The brightly lit living room is the perfect place to plan out your relaxing day over a homemade breakfast made in the kitchen. The king bed is exactly where you'll want to rest up after working hard on your tan. There's also a sofa bed, so up to six guests can comfortably stay here. And those ocean views are divine!

Within steps of your door, you'll find shuffleboard and tennis for a little friendly competition. Cool off in one of the pools if the sun gets too much.



IMPORTANT:

Overall great stay! Would stay here again. A little higher than I would like to pay but Summit has everything you need. Tiki Bar and Bikini Bobs. Love them!
