The Space:

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE: Balcony access is not guaranteed due to the ongoing balcony renovation project (September 2025 – April 2026). Please note that these dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions and construction progress. Guests who require balcony access must inquire prior to booking. Additionally, you may experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time. Access to the heated pool may also vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.



Amenities Update: The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance.



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

What's nearby: Just down the street, you can pick up those much-needed beach items at Newby's Trading Company. Are we Snowbirds?

4 days before a winter event came through my husband said book us a place at The Summit PCB. I did just that. Our condo was newly renovated. The owner has done an excellent job. The weather wasn’t always the best but when the sun came out we enjoyed the balcony, the heated pool and the beautiful beach.

Roaches & places was dirty.

Roaches, the pictures are not correct. My 6 year old nephew could paint the condo. The couch was disappointed it had dirt all over it I had to find a blanket to cover it. Will not be back to Panama City.

As advertised

Only problem is you are dealing with 5 different businesses: 1) Vrbo 2) Home Away 3) Fun Quest 4) property owner 5) Summit It was difficult to get questions answered, except for the lady at Fun Quest. She was able to solve my problem, even though the issue was with one of the other managing companies. I would stay again if I could get a lower floor room. The elevator situation at the Summitt is the worst I have ever encountered.
