I didn’t realize that the managing company had sent email with lockbox code to get into condo and security guard had told us to go to another property since the office had closed at the place we were staying at. And they couldn’t find my reservation. The cable box didn’t work so I called the next morning after we tried everything we could think of. Called managing company and they said they’d get someone out there to look at it and we wouldn’t have to be there. No I be called or showed. My boyfriend ended up in ER and thought we were going to have to stay another day, I called to check and see if condo was available. Office was closed so I left message. Thankfully we didn’t end up having to stay. No one ever called. The condo was very nicely appointed and clean and great location. Managing company sucked

First time having to wear a bracelet all week for the hotel. Also was first time I had to pay for parking instead of taking it out of the payment. The condo was dirty and didn’t look like anyone really cleaned it. Said it had a balcony but it was not connected to hotel like we wanted and it wasn’t private. The bathroom was really cramped. It was nice to be in a smaller building so the beach wasn’t crowded. Construction was going on so at some points people were placing boarding around the elevators we were trying to use which took longer for us to move around. Only two elevators for 200 something rooms. Very vague on instructions. We were told to go to 2nd floor to check in, but then the security guard stopped us at the entrance to check in.

Pictures were deceiving

We booked last minute and our check in was painless with the security guard on site. However, our particular unit 815 was dirty, run down, and had a full size ladder in the closet. Hanging wires where the smoke detector was a bad sign as well. The beach was great though!
