Condo needs updates
The Emerald Coast Destinations Inc company is run by the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL lady I have ever dealt with. The patio door shattered at the end of our stay. I simply closed the door and it shattered. The frame to the door had screws missing and was probably 30 years old. They charged my bank account on file 1000 without coming to look at it. They will rip you off and make you pay for things that should have already been replaced before our arrival. amagedoor or

Great location
This was a last minute stay to hang out with friends. Edgewater is a great location close to everything you need. The condo was clean and as described. Check in was easy. The beach was clean and not crowded.

Cute and Convenient
Perfect for small family looking to have beach front view. We enjoyed staying on the Edgewater property. We were so close to the beach and pools. Condo was decorated up to date and had everything we needed for our stay.
