First Floor:
Step inside to an airy, open-concept layout featuring a bright living room with plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, and an electronic fireplace. The modern kitchen is fully stocked for your stay and includes premium stainless-steel appliances, a gas cooktop, and plenty of counter space for cooking and entertaining. The dining area seats 8 comfortably, with room for 6 more at the breakfast bar.

A king bedroom with pool views and a full bath with tub/shower combo are also on this level, as well as a laundry room with washer/dryer for added convenience. Step right outside to your private pool deck — the perfect spot for lounging and enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Second Floor:
Upstairs, a second living area offers even more space to unwind with a large TV, sleeper sofa, and cozy twin bunk nook. The king suite features a private balcony and ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each feature a full-over-queen bunk, sleeping up to four per room, and share a hall bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

Third Floor:
The top level is made for fun and relaxation. The spacious entertainment area offers two large TVs, a mini-bar, and two comfy sofas (one sleeper). Step onto one of two terraces — one overlooking the pool and golf course, the other offering beautiful Gulf views.

Perfect vacation home with all the amenities , steps from the beach

Everything you need for a perfect beach trip at Panama City is under one roof. From the open main room to the huge pool to the well thought out bedrooms and bathrooms to the beautiful view of the ocean from the top floor….. the list could go on and on. Parking is spacious as it can accommodate 6 cars. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything you need is available to cook for your guests. I loved you could walk to the beach in 2 minutes as the boardwalk access is directly across. The communication from checking in to checking out is amazing. The customer service text line responds immediately with answers from any questions you might have. We were here with my daughters friends from college , they loved their trip in every way as it was perfect in every way!!!

The location is terrific. The pool was heated, so we didn't care that it was 35 degrees outside in Florida! LOL. There were a couple of hickups at the beginning of the trip. But the staff was quick to respond and correct the issues.

Large home nice pool. The house has nearly everything you need feed a crew, utensils, pots pans etc. The gulf is just across the street. Close to restaurants.

Girls Week in PCB

This was our second stay at Latitude Adjustment/PCB, and we had a blast! The house is spacious, great comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with everything you might need, and the pool and hot tub were amazing after a day the beach! Family Summer Vacation

This property was perfect for our party. The house itself was great and had anything we needed. The location was phenomenal! It was close to everything yet out of the busy traffic. The beach access was great for us as we do not prefer resorts with busy beaches. This was much more laid back just the way we like to enjoy it. We will definitely be back to this place when we return to PCB.

Great House - Great Location !

The house was amazing and the huge pool was awesome! The house and location could not have been any better. Being across the street from the beach was perfect and we had a great view. I think we actually enjoyed the pool even more than the beach. We had a small maintenance request and Warren Beach rentals sent someone out within hours. I would definitely rent this house again or any property with Warren. Fantastic vacation.

Our week at Latitude Adjustment was everything we expected, the location was amazing and on a quite street. The house was beautiful and spacious with everything we needed to make our stay great. The back yard was large and the pool was beautiful. It looked exactly like the pictures and was comfortable enough for our large group. If your looking for a beautiful beach house within a very short distance to the beach (even closer than a walk from a condo) then I'd definitely recommend this gorgeous property.
