This 3-story beach townhome sleeps up to 14 (8 adults most comfortable, with kids in bunks/sofa bed) and is just a short walk to public beach access 36. Walk straight south on the sidewalk to spend your days on the sand (claim your spot early!), then relax at the shared neighborhood pool steps from the front door. Enjoy sunset colors and peek-a-boo Gulf views from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. The garage game room includes foosball and kids’ games, and a propane grill is on the back patio.

First Floor: Private queen suite with kitchenette and en suite bath, plus washer and dryer in the hallway.

Second Floor: Open living area with wall of windows, balcony access, small beach view, queen sofa bed, and recliner. Large dining table, bar seating, and fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker, French press, and Keurig. This level also includes a queen bedroom with en suite bath and a convenient half bath. Highchair, Pack ’n Play, baby monitor, and TV trays are available (home is not child-proofed).

Third Floor: Primary king suite with balcony, jetted tub, desk workspace, fast Wi-Fi, and beautiful palm and Gulf views. Also upstairs: a bunk room (2 twin-over-twin bunks) and a queen bedroom sharing a full bath.

We had a great experience at this property. We had a total of 12 guests throughout our stay. We had adequate and comfortable sleeping furnishings for all. We had enough dining space for all to enjoy our meals comfortably. The kitchen was great with all appliances and utensils we needed, and the downstairs oven and stove was a big help in preparing our holiday meal. The bathroom facilities were large and accommodating. With two couches and other chairs we had plenty of space and furniture for the entire group to watch television and converse as a family. When planning to visit Panama City again I will check on the availability of this property again. We had a very enjoyable stay, and it was due to the ease of the rental and the fantastic property.

Really enjoyed our family vacation here. The location and appearance of the home did not disappoint! In addition to the easy beach access and pool, we Appreciated the additional amenities such as the games, beach towels, and all the beach toys, chairs, etc. Kelsey was a great host, never met but feel like I was staying at a close friends house with how attentive and responsive she was. If we ever venture back this way, I hope to come back to this wonderful home away from home.

Awesome Getaway Guesthouse

Had a great week here. The place was clean upon arrival. The layout is very nice we had the upstairs king room, great view and has a view of the gulf from there. We cooked most meals there as the kitchen is well stocked with utensils. We kept the washer and dryer busy and never had an issue with them. Communication with Kelsey is very pleasant and if you need to contact her for anything she replies and has a solution quickly. The beach trip is quick and the area is very nice. It is on a very quiet road that is only used by people staying at the houses on the street. If we make another trip down this way we will definitely be staying here again. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I researched many properties before securing this location for our family. A great place to stay. It was a short walk to the beach. The home was clean. The living room and kitchen area is large and open. Nice decks and a garage full of things to use for the beach. We loved that each person had their own bedroom and bathroom. We only had 4 people stay.

Awesome Beach Getaway

The house was as advertised, Clean , Cozy, Comfortable. Very spacious! The walk to the beach was super easy, maybe 2 blocks at most. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in PCB. We look forward to staying here in the future! And the F35's airshow every day was awesome too!

Home away from home

The perfect place to bring 3 families together for an unforgettable vacation. This house is so close to the beach and many popular restaurants. There was plenty of space in the condo for our 7 teenage girls to get ready and lots of beach items in the garage for them to stay busy. Kelsey was very responsive to any questions we had. I was hesitant about the distance to the beach, but it was way closer than I thought! The location is perfect. Close to everything. We rented a golf cart to go to restaurants. The house was very clean & set up nicely. If I had to give any negatives, it would be the closeness of the neighbors. But we would definitely stay here again!

The property was easy to find and was in a great location. Even though we weren’t directly on the beach, the walk was great. Also it was nestled around everything we needed. Extra parking was right across the street. Restaurants and Walmart was at our fingertips. We only stayed one night because that’s all the time some of the family could do this. But we learned we needed at least 2 days stay. The house provided all things needed. It was gorg! And comfortable. I would definitely come back to this Vrbo
