This condo overlooks the beach and pool from the 5th floor which gives a perfect view with less noise from water activities. It could not be any closer to the water without being on the beautiful white sand. The condo is nice but the beds could use upgrading, especially the guest room. We enjoyed our stay, intended to stay for 4 weeks but extended to 8 as departure time neared. We rarely waited more than seconds for an elevator and appreciated the many luggage carts available for bringing in groceries, etc. We really enjoyed watching dolphins and pelicans from the balcony (and the sunsets, of course!), felt like we were actually out on the water. Numerous bar/restaurants are within easy walking distance and it was great being farther away from all the spring break activity. Sailaway is an excellent management company and great to deal with. We had to leave 2 days early due to loud constuction in the condo above us and they graciously refunded 2 nights rent. Would definitly stay again!

perfect location, very spacious, very clean the only thing is beds need updated-both beds were VERY noisy. When rolling over or getting up in middle of night. Will book here again!!!

Stay was fantastic except for the inaccuracy of the included beach chair. But that was no biggie, we love the sand!! 😁
