The ultimate beach house getaway with an amazing large private pool and hot tub. The pool can be heated during cooler months so enjoy the pool all year long!*

Enjoy a tranquil atmosphere in a great location. This home is just a quick walk to the emerald waters without feeling like you're close to a busy road. It's a "one song walk" to the beach! Take the back gate and get there in 3 minutes! The home sleeps 12 comfortably with both a formal living area and a flex game room. Enjoy the pool, play games and watch tv all together! There's something for everyone! There are three bedrooms upstairs with two full bathrooms. The living area is perfect for family gatherings and also has a sleeper sofa. There is an additional full bathroom attached to the fourth bedroom and a half bath downstairs. After a long day at the beach, you can use the outdoor shower and relax on the porch in the rocking chairs or swing. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up a meal! This property is on the west end right down the street from Beach Access 93. One of the perks of the west end is the lack of high rises and more beach space for you to set up! You can also easily drive to 30a for additional shopping and restaurants.

Amazing place! Just a short walk to the beach, with a beautiful backyard, great pool, and an awesome hot tub. A few minor downsides: the master bedroom bathroom had no door, the grill wasn’t very appealing so we didn’t use it, and a few things (including the backdoor button) were broken. Despite these small details, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again!

The home needs a good deep cleaning. It did not appear that the bed sheets had been cleaned and there is a lot of dust on lights, end tables etc. There were two vacuums, and both were completely clogged so I had to clean and repair them before they were usable. The beds were all very uncomfortable. Some new mattresses and pillows would be a big plus. All that aside the location was perfect, and the pool was fantastic. It was a great vacation for our entire family. One last thing, the alarm on the door in the dining area that opens to the pool was damaged and the alarm had been taken apart and the battery removed. We would stay here again if you can make a few improvements.

Great location and amazing pool and backyard!

The backyard and pool of this property are amazing…they will not disappoint. There is a gate at the back of the property that leads down 1/2 a block to the beach. When you return, you can walk right in the back gate and shower off the sand before going into the pool or the house. It’s very convenient. There were a couple of issues with the home, but they were addressed in a very timely manner. The garage has been converted to a game room and has two sets of bunkbeds. While the listing indicates the room is heated and cooled, it’s very hard to keep this area properly cooled and was not comfortable to sleep when it was hot…but a very fun space as the garage door opens up to the pool. The third full bathroom is in the converted garage and easy access from the pool. Like another review mentioned, the alarm on the doors leading to the pool is very inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay on Memory Lane in West, PCB! The garage playroom/bunkroom was a hit with the kids. The location, near the beach and outdoor pool, is a significant selling point. The property was in great shape, though the dead leaves from the oaks nearby were constantly on the pool deck. There was also no outdoor table for eating poolside. Please note!!! The house is equipped with a pool alarm on the back door (which is the most used door to the house) that requires you to press a button to enter the door. If you forget, the alarm sends a piercing, loud sound throughout the house and into the backyard. This was our only real problem with the house: that alarm.We will certainly try to book this house again for our family next summer (two families)!

Great property

It was an awesome stay, very clean, there were only a couple issues but stuff happens. End of the day I will be coming back to this property to stay again. Short walk to the beach and just far enough from everything so it's not overcrowded.

Wonderful Property!

Awesome property just as advertised! The backyard was such a great set up and we loved the heated pool/hot tub. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the planning of this property. Quick communication with property manager and very short walk to the beach. Definitely would stay here again!
