Location is right in the start of the PCB front beach strip with plenty attractions within walking distance. Full size frig with microwave and 2 burners to cook or warm up leftovers. The price is at least 25% less than comparable lodging, probably because it off the beach just by a little.

The room was perfect for my husband and I, kitchenette plenty of storage comfortable bed and a chair. The bathroom was spacious and the tub was perfect for soaking after a day of soaking up sun on the beach. And if that was not enough Jessica and her staff were absolutely amazing. They were friendly helpful and very attentive. They make you feel at home. Not one thing bad about our 10 day stay with them.

The room was disgusting. One of the beds had sheets the smelled like mildew. The room had SO much moisture that everything was WET (floor, sheets, counters, etc). All of the towels in the bathroom were full of hair, and there were German roaches…

If your a tourist i recommend you stay some where else lot of work crews staying there. Also there is no housekeeping. I have been traveling all of the united states staying in motels and I have never had to pay for clean tiles and wash clothes. You have take out your own garbage. So as tourist if had known all this in the beginning I would have stay somewhere else. Needles to say not a happy camper

The rooms were clean and neat. The staff we dealt with was rude. I try hard to go out of my way to be nice and talkative to the staff. However, they were just rude. One of the staff at the front desk actually asked my disabled, partially blind son, “Are you sure you are staying here?” Hopefully the company will notice these employees actions in the future and correct them.
