Honestly, the room was great and I was pleased to find that they had given me a free upgrade and waived my parking fee and I got wonderful service, but then I walked out onto the balcony and looked down and realized that both the pool and the hot tub were under construction and closed, and those were the two attractions that I booked that room for in the first place, and no one even mentioned it to me And I spoke directly with the front desk before we even got there so that was a little disappointing. Otherwise a nice place.

The WiFi wouldn’t work in first room we were placed in around 7pm. The Technician came to look at it around 9pm . The decks clerk then arranged another room at the far end of the building which didn’t have and finally received one right before 11pm . The pool and whole building was under renovation and Monday morning we were awakened by what sounded like a concrete drill right next door to our room . The off season price was the only positive .

Safety was a huge issue for me as a woman traveling alone. On two occasions the desk clerk yelled out my room number in a lobby full of people. All rooms were ground level walk ups. In addition the property was under construction.

No outdoor pool or hot tub. Under construction. Was not told this when booking! Constant noise from the construction! Our room smelt like mildew and equipment was left in room. We both left sick.

The room I had booked was not available. I was given a different room which was okay. There was various things that looked broken that looked like were just patched together quickly. The pool and jacuzzi were not available. We had to hear construction work being done the whole stay as the pool was getting demolished and the sound of the heavy machinery being used when we were in the room. There was roaches outside the room that I had to kill before they got inside. I took pictures and videos of a few things if you need proof.
