Another great stay at Beachside Resort in Panama City. Love this spot right outside of town and is perfect for a relaxing, quiet beach vacation. Lynn at the front desk was super helpful and took care of everything for us! Will definitely be back later this year.

This property was convenient and affordable. The views were amazing of the water and perfect location to see the sunset. The building itself is very old and a little dirty. We enjoyed ourselves for the 1 day trip. Went in the jacuzzi outside, but wasn’t the correct temperature, staff moved quickly to resolve. I believe this place could be amazing with some renovations.

Loved our stay at this property! We were on the 7th floor with an absolutely breathtaking view. We had plans for activities but literally didn't want to miss out on even one hour of enjoying the balcony and the view. The room was great and beds very comfortable. Convenient to have a full size fridge/freezer and microwave. Bathroom was huge and clean. Parking right out side. Also, Ann checked us in and answered many questions I had prior to arrival on the phone and was very sweet and courteous. I can't recommend this property enough! We will be back!

This is the worse hotel I ever stayed. Could be perfect with amazing view (the only good part) but the hotel is in terrible condition, lacking maintenance and cleanliness. The room floor was sticky of dirt.

The property is in need of remodeling. The carpet in the room was very dirty. The room itself was old and outdated and the tv had bright dots burned into the screen. The beech area and pool area was nice though.

It started off by the front desk not providing an ice bucket for me to take to the bar to get free ice. The bar tender said what's wrong with the front desk and gave me a bowl of ice. I couldn't keep the ice frozen because the freezer was a big block of ice. I didn't tell my wife about the used condom and lipstick found under the night stand, she would have walked out crying, it was bad enough already. The second night they said we had to purchase a large bag of ice from their vending machine but all I wanted were a few drinks and the rest of the ice would have melted. The fridge sat slanted in a rotten moldy cabinet. Front desk did nothing about noise complaints in the middle of the night. I don't know how you can call this a resort. I immediately asked nicely to shorten my 3 night stay to 2 nights and the seemed cooperative but denied my refund the day after I left. I'm disgusted.

Steer clear- photos online are VERY old

Water was hot. View was beautiful. That’s all I can say about this hotel. Photos online are very misleading. The elevators are filthy and peeling several layers of paint. One of our headboards had 10-15 pieces of pink/gelatinous gunk on them. We tried calling the office three times and no one came. Balcony maintenance is ignored. Grab bar in shower is screwed in and tiles on wall are rusting or leaking some strange orange substance. At 8:15 on the day we were leading someone knocked on our door - we were still asleep. Then they used their key to attempt to open the door but the deadbolt was on and an ironing board was in front of the door so they could not get in. Staff says housekeeping starts at 9am- which is concerning- who else should have a key and try to get in before then? Was traveling with two teenage girls. Upon checkout I asked to speak to manager (Alex) and he was supposed to call me as soon as he came to work. I was requesting a price adjustment in the room because of the cleaning issues and no show when we asked it to be fixed. I knew if I left it would be nearly impossible to have any chance of a fair price adjustment, unfortunately it looks like I was right.

I would never stay at this hotel again, horrible, too much noise, I stayed in a non-smoking room and in the room next door they were smoking because the smell was there, the facilities had nothing to do with the photos, the employees didn't know anything, I asked 3 employees where the laundry was and none of them knew because they were new working at that hotel, they were lost as they hire people without showing them the hotel, don't be fooled by appearances, don't stay at that hotel

Patio had broken concrete. Overall room was clean but the property is run down and needs paint but you can tell they are being run on a shoe string budget. Great restaurant across the street.
