We stayed in room 416! It was perfect for the price to get away for a short stay! Our room was clean, our view was fantastic, and it was during spring break, so we loved being a little bit away from the busier part of the area. Staff was absolutely wonderful to work with, parking was great! In all, I'll book again!

The young colored lady who works at the front had an attitude as soon as we got there. She was rude and impatient. If you don’t like interacting with people, maybe it’s the wrong job for you.

The back of the toilet didnt even secure properly beds were hard and outdated back door wouldnt stay closed even when latched the safe didnt work and the door wouldnt stay closed just needs some tlc

Im usually staying at Casa Loma almost every time i visit Panama and im usually on the 2nd level. HOWEVER, this stay, we were on the 3rd level, I DISLIKED IT. Not as clean, the bed seem overly slept in, stained sheets. I definitely prefer the 2nd level.

I stayed here previously and was offered the option to have a net placed on the rails of the balcony. I called Friday, the day before my stay and confirmed that the nets are still an option at check-in, however when I arrived I was told my employee they no longer have nets for balcony’s. I was a little upset they would not give a net after confirming they still offered them.

This is an older building that’s been well-looked after. It was very clean, the beds were comfy, and all the conveniences were there. Staff was friendly as well. For the price, it was a great deal. Also, you can hear the surf as you fall asleep.
