The staff were wonderful. Cardinal, Shayla, and Mac were exceptional. Having the bar right in the hotel was nice and we enjoyed sitting there and visiting however, the sun coming in the big windows made it very warm. It would be nice if there was some kind of sunscreen to cut the heat but still have the view.

The front desk personal was not friendly at all. Seemed like didn’t want to be there. After getting in the room we saw there was no ice box so went down to desk and they said they would get one up there…. They did the next day as we were leaving

Room was clean and the views were amazing. We stayed in the king suite on the beach side . Breakfast was decent. The pool and the hot tub were enjoyable and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I recommend staying here . The location was close to pier park which allowed us to walk and enjoy a variety of shops and restaurants . And the area felt safe . Easy access to the beach. We would stay again.

My fridge was not working properly, I was told that some one was coming but they never did, when someone reached out the next day I said we are resting and did not want to be disturbed , had to throw food away because of this!
