The hotel was clean. I did not like the fact that there were no towels available for the beach. I did not like that I had to pay for a chair to sit in at the beach. I did not like the fact that we had to pay for parking.the first night there I realized there was no shampoo after I got in the shower. All in all I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

Good hotel

Hotel and properties was clean and well kept. Pool could have been cleaner but considering how many people were in and out of it was decent.

The property was very nice. It was clean in the pool and jacuzzi area. The only thing that I didn’t feel great about is that I had to wait for almost 2 hours before I could check in due to the fact that the hotel had supposedly too many guest checking out so the cleaning crews were behind. When I went to request a late check out I was not given but a 30 min late check out time. The other issue was that if you have a pet they do not clean your room. Luckily, we brought our own toiletries. All in all I would stay there again. The view from the balcony was amazing. The view was worth the few inconveniences that occurred.

Their checking in procedure was slow. Only one person working desk at the busiest time. This happened both days we were there. Other that that, we enjoyed our stay. Friendly, helpful staff.
