If you’re debating two hotels; this is not the one

The hotel was very okay, would not recommend nor go back. Our hotel room upon arrival was dirty. The tub, the floors were sticky and visibly dirty. They don’t offer housekeeping on the weekend so no clean towels or blankets unless requested at the lobby. The breakfast was very underwhelming; no waffles available, hot orange juice/apple juice. Only choices were two different cereals and egg and sausage patties. Hallways smelled like mold, and when you couldn’t smell that it was because it smelled like weed. Only elevator was slow and dirty.

The lady who checked us in was great. Thats as about as good as the trip was. We left the next morning and didn't even stay the remaining days we had booked. We were kept up by someone drinking in the parking lot all night and busting beer bottles every where. That morning we woke to the lady in the office screaming outside to the people who had been drinking to clean parking lot up and that the police were coming. Someone had puked all along the side of the pool and in it. Nothing was done about it.

The building needs better house keeping as all surfaces are dirty with hand prints and stains to walls, floors including carpet. A fresh paint and carpet in halls is needed. The door to my room sticks and does operate well, The kitchen area was not stocked with and items and the coffee supplies were previously opened. Throw out the old pillows. My room floor was cracked with linoleum missing. This could be patched or replaced. Tor shower leaks and the shower curtain falls to the center of rod and a mess results while bathing and creates a fall risk trying to fix this while in the shower. All surfaces were in need of a deep clean. Breakfast was awful with the waffle maker sticking. Those weird eggs and sausage options, no OJ and the apple juice was watered down. So many people complained. Wyndham do better. I paid for full use of clean, well maintained amenities, friendly staff and a stocked room. I had to ask for supplies that should have been placed in my room in the first place. They were available at the desk but not stocked in my room. Why!?

I stayed for an entire week and no room service was provided. To get things I had to ask for them. The restroom sink was clogged the entire stay and nobody came to fix it. My toilet got clogged once and when I called to report it they asked me to come down to get a plunger to do it myself, so I I had to do it and come back to return the plunger. No towels at the pool and was given only one when I asked. Every day I had to ask for sausages during breakfast encause it was none. Not a good experience at all!

Wyndham, help this location.

1. The toilet - keep in mind this is room 312. The toilet is about to come off of it’s base when you sit on it however it will stay put. 2. Towel rack fell apart when I proceeded to throw my towel on it. 3. The card keys continue to fail. It happened a number of times I would say, six times. Every time my wife and I would use our keys they would not work for our room. 4. The channels are not HD on the television they went cheap. 5. All I smelt was weed the entire week on the third floor 6. And the speaker in room 312 of the bathroom…. this is insane. I know I wish I could prove it but the only individuals that would believe me would be my wife and son because they are witnesses. A sound would come from the light, which looks like a speaker. The sound would last maybe two minutes which would be hip-hop music and also strange noises. Yes I’m serious. Wyndham, you all forgot about this place.

Rooms were link together by door, could smell burnt food. Around pool dirty trash around it. Bathroom was half dirty when first walk in, only thing good was A/c .

Room was spacious, easy check in, friendly staff. But we booked because of the included breakfast, and it was awful. They only had round frozen eggs, sausages, sliced bread. 2 options of cold cereals and a waffle maker that barely worked and a line that took 30 min to get through. Dining area was small, crowded and a mess, we went to breakfast only 1 time during our stay because it was so bad. The rooms are decently clean, but the halls, elevator, stairway and areas around the vending/ ice machines is just filthy. Trash & wrappers all over, carpet in hall is just nasty.

The staff were great. The rooms were unclean, pics are VERY misleading, and the pool tiles are broken are unattended. There’s randoms that stroll in through the back gate to the pool, dip in, and leave.
