Facility was clean and nice. When I checked in and checked out, no receptionists. It took time. Restaurant opens until 10pm so it was ok but nothing around. Needed to gas up before return rental car but had to drive 10 mins back. Shuttle bus was good. Nice and close to the airport.

The young man at the front desk, he was so nice when we check in, it was a bad experience Thanksgiving Day for us in Panama City, only 2 restaurants open, but when he had to drive along way to get back to the Hotel we where wore out. He work with me on getting internet, and was there when we left. Staff!!!!!!

I was very disappointed that I could not change this reservation to another Hilton site. I paid extra for the maintenance which did not serve me at all either. Once I could not make it to this site, there was no negotiation regarding even a partial refund. This nearly ruined my birthday trip. Turned out to be simply a waste of money with no room for negotiation for any option of a different outcome.
