The check in and checkout process was very easy. Staff was very nice and accommodating. They did have a shortage of washcloths and we had to wait for that but no big deal we just managed. Our room was plenty big enough for the 4 of us. It was clean and the floor also looked to be clean until we walked on it barefoot and our feet were black!! So for next we will just take a swifter mop and broom for the sand because you are on the beach. The kitchen didn't really have any utensils besides 3 forks 5 butter knives 1 can opener and 1 spaghetti spoon with 1 pot and 1 pan and no plates or bowls so we weren't able to cook anything. Basically a learning experience for us for next time when we go to take travel appliances. The beds are more like full size beds but were comfortable. The couch let out into a bed so that was a plus. The air conditioner worked wonderfully and we had hot water for all the time we stayed. So all the issues listed above wasn't big ones and Overall we would stay again!!

I could only give 5 stars for the customer service but, thry deserve so much more. We had a miscommunication about extending our stay and we ran into a problem on the original check out day. We explained the situation and they went above andbeyond to make it right. Even though we didn't have hot water, we'll definitely be back for the customer service alone. We had a blast!

I had stayed here before but will not again. I dont know if management has changed or what but it has gone downhill. There was no hot water the entire stay. We requested housekeeping twice and they never came. The third time we requested housekeeping services someone brought towels and toilet paper at 7:30pm but that was all. So take a broom with you. The elevators are very slow and loud. Not sure how mechanically safe they are but I’m no expert. I chose to take the stairs several times. The location is great and the front desk staff are very friendly.

The room furniture was broken, no hardware on frame of door going to balcony, balcony had bungee cords and we weren’t sure if they were holding it together or not. The room also smelled like fish and not just fish smell from the ocean, like cooked fish smell. There were also gnats in the room.

My expectations were not high, because let's face it a beachfront hotel room for $150/night is very low. The room was fine for our overnight stay, but the carpet was heavily stained and in dire need of replacement. The lock on the door didn't fit the opening for it, so daylight was coming through under it and through the missing bolt. Full sized in-room coffee pot but no cups. Full size fridge was nice. The bathroom was pretty spectacular, having been upgraded fairly recently. Overall, it was comfortable and the location is excellent, just a short walk from one of the city piers. The pool is nice, but there is a lot of junk stored nearby under the hotel's balcony overlooking the beach.

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. The GOOD- the view, refrigerator was very cold, very close to the beach, air conditioning was very cold. The BAD- when we arrived their was only 3 towels and 3 wash rags, there was 4 of us. We also only had one roll of toilet paper. The cabinets looked pretty rough in the kitchen. We also had to slam front door to get it to shut. The UGLY- when we arrived no one told us there was no hotwater. We never had any hotwater for our entire stay. My young children screamed taking a bath. I can understand something like this can happen but yall couldve took some money off of our bill, but didnt. The air unit in front was also leaking. There was a big puddle in front of our door. There was also a drip coming from balcony above us at backdoor with something that looked like mold. The floor was also very filthy. My daughters feet were black after 5 minutes we had to keep shoes on. We also smelled someone smoking pot. It was very bad in our room. We have very young children and we hated that we had to breath that. It was pretty bad. The pool also had a lot of trash in it. Also when we checked out we was givin someone else's reciept. My husband had to go back in to get ours. I can understand things happen but yall can do better. We wont ever stay here again.

Horrible horror!

First there was no hot water the whole time and the staff knew about it but it was still not working when we left. The elevators are very slow and scary. Our AC on one side of the suite did not work and they would not change our room. No extra sheets for sofa bed. Sink was leaking in the floor and the pool was full of hair in fact the whole time we where there from Friday till Monday we never seen anyone clean it!

Overall…. We would stay again!

Hotel was overall great for our family vacation. Downside…… we were there a week and half of the time there was NO hot water so that totally sucked!!! Beach access was wonderful and staff was friendly! Would stay here again!

I reserved a kitchenette and when I first checked in, didn’t have a room with the kitchenette so I had to go down to the front desk after bringing our stuff up and get changed and then the next day when we try to use the kitchenette, we had one pot and one skillet. I went to the front desk and asked for a baking pan and they told me Walmart was right down the street. I reserved a room for two adults and one child had to go to the front desk and ask for sheets and blankets for the pullout sleeper sofa. Also had to ask for kitchen towels. The refrigerator also leaked he claimed he would come back and check it in an hour and never showed back up and no one ever checked on us
