Great beach location and lots of security on premises. Common areas well maintained. Unit was tired and worn out though. Furniture felt unstable and swivel chair leaning to one side. The ottoman was unsafe to sit on without falling through. One kitchen cabinet about to fall off hinges which I discovered when I opened the door. Beach chairs had torn canvas seats so unsafe to use. Bedroom carpets were very dirty (based on evidence from being barefoot in the unit). Television didn’t function until 4th day of the visit. A/C never drops below 77 even if set at 75. View from the balcony out to the beach was spectacular!

I have complained to Book That Condo and sent pictures of the dirty state of the condo, even though we were told it had been cleaned and inspected ready for our arrival.The dishwasher was absolutely disgusting with what looked like a black slime near the filter , as if the possibility of contracting Covid isn’t enough goodness knows what we could have picked up from washing pots in that. We only slept there for two nights and found ourselves paying to stay at the Springhill Suites for our remaining four nights which we could not really afford to do as the holiday had already cost enough. We have been visiting Florida for 20 years and I can quite honestly say that we have never stayed anywhere so appalling as the condo in the Majestic Beach Resort. I sent a email on Sunday 12th March and was told it would be forwarded to the manager and general manager.As yet we have only had an email back on the same day asking if we would like it to be cleaned again which we declined as it was supposedly already been done. We are hoping to get some reimbursement but as yet no one seems interested as to how it spoilt our initial stay in PCB we are not even sure if we are emailing the right department and have asked them if there is another email address to send it to but of course as yet we have heard nothing.

No way this is 10 stars!

There is no way this is a 10 star review! Those can't be real - seriously. 3 of 10 at the most. The place is not well kept. It is run down: 1) there are 3 areas of small holes in the wall from torn down pictures (I found 3 broken wall hangings in the bedroom closet, not because I was looking, but because the bedroom closet was missing one of the sliding doors and was open constantly. 2) doorway/covering for washer/dryer was missing (also found it in the bedroom closet 3) The bedding was SO uncomfortably soft as I sunk way down into the bed. 4) Dirty! Ick! I made the mistake of looking behind the bed and there was trash, hair, a used q-tip, & dental floss. Disgusting. Also, the water was turned off for several hours one day. We will never stay here again.

Condo on the beach

I booked a 2 night stay in Panama City and was pleased with the condo. It was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the bath products smelled great! We loved being right on the beach! The staff I encountered were all very pleasant and helpful and responded to questions or requests very quickly. I was a bit annoyed with the booking process, I had to download, print, sign, and scan a more than 20 page agreement, then download an app. I felt that was excessive for 2 nights, and it should have been done digitally. I also didn’t like to have to pay $20 per vehicle for parking. With 5 people on our booking, I feel we should have been given at least 2 parking spots. But those are minor things that can be overlooked. The company is dependable and good at communicating. I would recommend them.

The condo itself was very clean and just what we need with easy parking via the attached garage. The only downside to Majestic Towers is the swimming pool, it's very small and has a roof over it. Our kids were very disappointed by it since they would rather play in the pool than the ocean.
