Really loved the beach access! A bit disappointed in the room and bed . It needs and upgrade. We were in the Inn on bottom interior room next to indoor pool. It was noisy and the bed, pillows and sheets could be upgraded.

Nice,clean room. Beautiful ocean view. Clean spacious pool area with loungers. Beach chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach. No onsite Tiki bar was open. Room had a full size fridge and microwave.

I was charged from my deposit for towels I did not take. In fact I went to the front desk and picked up 4 more towels on my second day there. All the towels were left in the room. I called the front desk and they told me why I was charged $30. Anyone else experience this?

The property did not look like the pictures advertised. Walls had molding, all the light fixtures in the room were broken. The hotel staff did not come clean the room or bring clean towels. The property looked like an old rundown motel.

I have booked two rooms. Reception staff did not bother to check and just checked me in to one room. I have to go back and ask them about second room. They put me into a makeshift building which was not mentioned in hotel room description while booking.

Great for last minute stay!

The hotel was nice and i liked being on the less busy side of PCB but still close to everything. Our suite was very spacious. Check in was veey easy. All of the employees were friendly. Will definitely stay again.
