Lady let me make a reservation 2:00 in the morning! Last room and she was accommodating enough to even let me stay an extra hour later on account of having been driving for 12 solid hours with nowhere to crash.

The motel was on the cheaper side and in a great location so my expectations werent super high for the value. Upon arrival and during checkin the clerk was very rude initially, she did turn that around and was very pleasant during the remainder of our stay. Thinking she was just having a bad day and not taking it personal.)
