A two story two bedroom dwelling, Surfinn Eco Cottage is located in the quaint coastal village of Papatowai, right in the heart of the beautiful and historically important Catlins Coast, which is one of the most stunning regions of the country!

Noted for its big wave surfing, the Catlins is a surfer's dream come true! Paua and crayfish are swimming in the area for those keen on their snorkelling, and the magical rainforest and waterfalls in the area will appeal to all. Noted for some of New Zealand's rare and endangered wildlife, the Catlins features everything from yellow-eyed penguins and sea lions, all the way through to gannets, kakariki, and wood pigeons - it's truly a wildlife lover's paradise!

This Papatowai cottage is equipped with a kitchen that includes a stovetop, oven, and a microwave. Having made your romantic meal, head to the open plan living area - it's a great place to dine, relax, and socialise as it comes with some spectacular views out towards the estuary and the forests of Tahakopa! As Surfinn Eco Cottage faces north, you'll be able to enjoy the luxury of all day sunlight!

The speaker system has an iPod docking station - perfect for listening to your favourite tunes. The heat pump means that you'll always be at the right temperature; nice and cosy in the Winter, and cool and relaxed in the Summer.

The lookout on the top floor is where you'll find the king sized bed. This bedroom comes complete with a small wardrobe, and has even more wonderful views of Tahakopa bay. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom combines with a laundry, ensuring that you'll always be nice and refreshed throughout your stay. The private driveway means that there's room enough for a boat of up to 7 metres. The private grassy area means that there's room for sunbathing on those sunny days!
