This is a very disorganized , tired, old hotel charging excessively high rates for sub standard amenities and services. Maximizing $ return from awkward airline schedules and lack of competition. One staff member particulaly abbrasive and unhelpful at checkin and when towels were requested this is a basic expectation . Water pressure was pathetic , shower was basically a trickle. Avoid if you can.

The bed was horrible. King size mattress on a queen box spring, bed was on wheels which slid everywhere. Room Safe did not work. Loud vehicles as area is industrial. Staff not too friendly. We were glad to leave.

Staying at Sarah Nui was a good decision. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. It had air conditioning, so we slept in comfort. The cleaning staff were excellent and helped keep us stocked up with toiletries and clean towels in spite of our staying in the room to catch up on sleep. They seemed to understand.

Staff was friendly and very helpful The room wood floor boards are loose and paint peeling around shower enclosure. I paid extra for daily breakfast. Not worth the price. Eat breakfast outside. For these reason I do not recommend this hotel.

Great property on the beach, make sure to bring water shoes as the coral is sharp and is mixed in the sand. This property is close to everything worth seeing and about 20 mins from the ferry dock and 30 mins from the airport.

The Sarah Nui is a very functional hotel if you are not fussy about amenities, or decor. Its within walking distance of the ferries. Theres a nice hotel rooftop restaurant nearby, the Kon Tiki. The price point is economical. The staff were good.

The staff was good, but the hotel is in disrepair. Broken items throughout room - drawers, hooks, closet doors. And it could use a good cleaning. The comforter smelled. The neighborhood is a little seedy. No pool. The bed was comfortable. The “terrace” is two chairs on the top floor in a small patio.
